“I had such a great experience at Applebee’s! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lyndsey and Addie were amazing members of the management team and made sure everything was running smoothly and that guests were taken care of. My server, Agustina, was also wonderful! She was very attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

Then maybe they should stop complaining and should apply for themselves.
