“Great service, delicious burgers!“

“I do not usually comment on fast food chains but I am making it a point to do so for this specific location because of how pleasantly surprised I was with this location. I almost never eat fast food like this but we were on our way back home from a very long drive and few day trip and it was dinner time, we were all tired and needed to use the bathroom so this was just an easy choice before we got home. Let me just say how incredibly clean and well maintained this entire BK is! The bathroom was well maintained which was soooo nice because often they are neglected. I live in Middletown and you would think our BK would be the same as this one in Smyrna but it is literal night n day difference! This one was very well maintained so much so that we actually decided to dine in. The staff members were very pleasant and well mannered and well spoken. While eating our food, I saw how well the young girl running the counter interacted with other customers and she was just so well mannered. That in and of itself is so ridiculously hard to come by in fast food and is truly another reason why I don't really buy from fast food chains because of how poor their staff acts. I mean I also don't because of the health reasons of eating fast food but it compounds with staff having crappy attitudes n thrown together food and getting orders wrong and lack of cleanliness. This location , their food was actually very well constructed. The sandwich looked great and wasn't just thrown together and the French fries were hot and fresh. This is all why I haf to leave a good review. Keep up the great work guys because it is being seen !“

“This place has changed, all the staff is so friendly, I especially want to give a shout out to the girl Chrystina (spelling) that works the drive through. she is always smiling and cheerful and always makes for a pleasant experience, like I said though the other employees have always been pleasant as well but she stands out to me. I have other options right in the same area like Arbys and Burger king but I will pass them to come here because both have either messed up my order, food below expectations or the staff being unfriendly. I have never had any issues with my order being messed up or the food below par, keep up the outstanding service“

“I have been meat free for 3 months and must say it's been a struggle to find something decent when we want to have an 'order out' night. I don't know if your crab cake sandwich is homemade or frozen and I don't care, it's delicious and has become my go-to! I ordered pick up online for the first time yesterday and even got there a little early, everything was already waiting for me with a smile!“

“I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. “I have known Sam for awhile and would stop in mostly for the Roast Pork Sandwich Platter as well as Roast Beef and Cheesesteaks. I tried their pizza for the first time last Tuesday. I always order extra sauce and well-done. Wow! It was perfect . The sauce has just the perfect ratio of Italian spices with a robust tomato flavor. Thin crust with a great crunch. I have lived in this area for over 20 years now and will say that is the best pizza I have eaten in recent memory. Highly recommended“

“one of my husbands and my favourite spots. we haven't dined in yet, but we'll door dash or pick it up at least twice a month.
i either get the Beef Empanadas or the Farmers Burger, both are amazing so i recommend them. my husband usually gets something different everytime, and i haven't heard a complaint yet!
we always look forward to getting something here, when we're in the area or when that craving hits :)

“We have been here a few times. Food is very good. Hamburgers / grilled chicken sandwich/ chicken tenders. All have been very good and have had no complaints, this is turned out to be one of our favorite restaurants... I would say if you get a side of french fries, be prepared to share it with multiple people, very big portion of fries“

“I had a very disappointing experience at Media's Towne House this past weekend. During a private party I attended, my husband was unfairly flagged by the staff without any clear explanation or warning. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially considering the event was private and meant to be a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I expected better treatment and transparency from a business that hosts events. This incident has definitely made me reconsider ever returning in the future.“

“It’s a 5 guys and the only one locally. My nitpicking issues would come down to it being kind of expensive, the soda machine couldn’t do cherry flavor Dr Pepper when I was there. Not at all big enough to discourage me. Far cleaner and nicer than the McDonald’s, people are much friendlier. Service was immediate and very friendly. I’m glad it’s finally open, I visited in the summer and was disappointed it was still under construction, and tired of poor service from McDonald’s and similar cheap but low quality competitors. Will absolutely go again.

“Sciarrino’s has the best NY-style pizza in the area and it’s not even close. Red is good and the white pizza which is well dressed with garlic, oil, and cheese. It’s also a really good value, especially if you get an 18” pie.“

I also tried the roast beef sandwich with au jus, but I wasn’t a huge fan—it was just okay. One thing I do love is the free popcorn you can help yourself to, and the vibe is really nice. The only downside is the small drink sizes—lots of ice but not much soda. Overall, it’s a solid place, and I’ll definitely be back.“
