Smashburger offers good food and friendly service, although the staff sometimes seems overworked and the restaurant can occasionally run low on supplies. The vegetarian Brussel sprouts remain a highlight, and the chicken sandwich and brisket burger continue to impress. The robot server adds a fun touch, while the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. Customers appreciate the cleanliness and the hot, fresh food that arrives quickly. Many visitors have noted the polite and helpful employees, making for a positive experience. The Wednesday deal, where kids eat free with an entree, side, and drink, is also popular, along with the fast service and good music. While there have been instances of low inventory affecting orders, such as being told about limited burger options and cups, the overall food quality remains high. Despite these challenges, Smashburger Springfield maintains a clean, friendly environment with delicious food and attentive staff.
