“Loved the food and loved the atmosphere. We walked in and wanted a booth but were told that they would be getting busy and they couldn’t seat two at a booth. However two sets of two came in after us and had no problem getting a booth. I thought that was kind of odd and it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, but the food is so yummy I couldn’t be dissatisfied for long. My friend agreed, she loved her flatbread pizza and my salad was delicious.“
“Love DQ! Tired & True. The parking lot is a bit much with parking next to the building and a drive-thru. Seems dangerous, and cars are always just narrowly missing each other. I also don't understand the two window system. Seems like the wait is longer and confusing. Our ice cream was melting by the time we got to the pickup window. We still love our DQ and is a nolstaic summertime favorite.“
“Rude employee after I called to question if they put queso on my order and the employee as I was on the phone spoke with another employee saying that I know I put queso on it and she’s saying I didn’t. Atleast put me on hold for me not hear it. Totally turned me off from ordering from them. Poor nacho quality- nachos were overloaded with chipotle crema and no queso. Queso is not pink even when heated up!“
“Truffle mushroom burger is the best burger I've ever had , a robot brings food to the table , I have read some of the reviews claiming burned and oily food but, The burn/sear of the burger is due to it being a smash style burger cooked using a tool to sear and lock in those wonderful juices .“
“One of the best burgers I've had! The fries didn't look impressive, but were cooked to perfection with a nice seasoning. Great service and beer selection too! I would layer the burger a little differently than served. I wish that the lettuce was underneath the burger patty to block the juice on the bottom bun since it is a thick juicy patty instead of trendy thin smashed cooked burgers. The burger was cooked perfectly. Fresh toppings. Thick tomato slices, high quality pickles and the cheese melted just right! I assumed from the location and the logo that this was a chain place. It's not and I kinda wish it was being from Ohio. I cannot wait to have another Blackout Burger!“
