I had a very disappointing experience at Media's Towne House this past weekend. During a private party I attended, my husband was unfairly flagged by the staff without any clear explanation or warning. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially considering the event was private and meant to be a fun and relaxed atmosphere. we went to the Shebeen after a show at the theatre on Sunday 12/22. our initial experience was not great -we had major problems with our server who started out with us not taking a drink order and things being ordered incorrectly, and an all around bad attitude. After asking to speak to a manager, Demi came to our table, spoke to us and switched our server for the evening.
