“Was there last night, our waitress never stayed at the table more than 2 seconds and it was not busy. She didn’t even say goodbye when we left. Yikes! Cocktails were yummy but the lights need to be lowered. Music was horrible as it kept getting skipped. Imagine dragons not a cocktail club vibe. Recommend a good vibe be set or will probably not return. Unfriendly waitress also made it way worse.“

“we went to the Shebeen after a show at the theatre on Sunday 12/22. our initial experience was not great -we had major problems with our server who started out with us not taking a drink order and things being ordered incorrectly, and an all around bad attitude. After asking to speak to a manager, Demi came to our table, spoke to us and switched our server for the evening. She made a bad experience turn out to be a wonderful evening. everthing about her was fantastic! she accomodated all our requests and went above and beyond. Thank you Demi and we will definitely be back.“

“I had a very disappointing experience at Media's Towne House this past weekend. During a private party I attended, my husband was unfairly flagged by the staff without any clear explanation or warning. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially considering the event was private and meant to be a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I expected better treatment and transparency from a business that hosts events. This incident has definitely made me reconsider ever returning in the future.“

“I was super excited for this place, came for my husband’s birthday and after dinner my expectations weren’t met. We tried two of their daily specials, the smash burger was amazing!! We also got their prime rib sandwich and this was a miss. The price was a lot for being basically an overdone dry steak sandwich. The real kicker of the night was the service. We had Matt N. and he was not attentive and made us feel like we inconvenienced him. Honestly I will still recommend this place to my friends and family, but wish the service was just better for a special occasion.“

I showed up to my first ever open mic. Without any back up or support. Straight after work still in a suit and I was so nervous! But sat next to people I just met, we'll I was early sonce I came straight from work still wearing a suit, and they were pleasant hospital regulars. The drinks were great the features were great and I enjoyed it so much. I will be back for another go!“

“We happened upon this place from an on-line search. If you dine here, you won't be disappointed!!!!. One of our party has celiac disease and the chef came out to personally discuss her preferences. A couple of us ordered the tuna. It was perfectly cooked. Another had the Lobster Risotto, with an ample portion of lobster. Our server was top notch. We would return in a New York minute.“

“Izzy's is my Fri night go to after getting off the train. James, Brian, Justin and the rest of the crew provide a warm welcome and great service. The hand rolls are excellent! It's really noisy and space is tight, and every once in a while I meet someone new for an interesting conversation. And it's just fine with everyone if I roll up with my New Yorker magazine for a quick bite on the way home!“

“This restaurant is in a hotel.. dont let that fool you, this is a GORGEOUS hotel. Smells lovely when walking in and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If the rooms are anything like the lobby, they are amazing.
We came here for mother's day brunch. The restaurant isnt big but it did not get overly loud. The food was very good, their crab cakes were delicious and the thai chili shrimp very tender and flavorful. Steak and french toast were really really good too. Loads of desserts, the highlight was the bread pudding which my wife loved as did I. It was not very expensive either which was a relief in this day and age. Parking was easy too. At the end of the brunch my wife got to pick a flower from the big display outside of the restaurant. We had a lovely brunch.
Recommend reservations for Mother's day etc as it was very busy.“

She is passionate about providing a culinary experience like no other. The staff is amazing and everyone at the restaurant works hard to provide a top notch experience. “We enjoyed everything we ordered - the wings definitely exceeded expectations. But the shining star here is Shawnatt. We got an epic letdown (understatement) from American: 5 hour departure delay on our incoming and they wouldn't hold the Philly flight 5 minutes for us - my sister was in critical condition in Oregon. Needless to say, it was late, we were emotionally crushed, and just needed a bite (and drink!) before bed. We ended up spending hours with Shawnatt. She's super sweet, and is the only reason we could take a deep breath and say it is what it is, and move on with some sanity. Thank you - needed and greatly appreciated!“

“Food was good. Friendly hole in the wall Latin restaurant. Typical Central American,Mexican,and Puerto Rican food. Sit down tables and a bar area. Upstairs club was closed due to COVID. But the food was surprisingly good for a small humble place in Upper Darby.“

“Service was above and beyond. My colleague and I went to lunch today and it was the perfect break. We found out our waitress was only in her second day and were shocked - Caroline was so professional, upbeat, friendly, and communicative. She is a rockstar! We’ll definitely request her next time!
I’m local and love it here - the drinks are always on point (see pics!), the guac is a must have, and the tacos are tasty. In the summer, my family loves coming and sitting outside, especially when there is live music. It is family friendly, but also a great date night spot or work lunch!“
