“A fantastic spot for a drink and a bite. Easy to settle in and have conversation with great music and wonderful service. The drinks were AMAZING. I highly recommend the Spiced and Spicy - a beautifully warm, ginger tasting cocktail. My girlfriend had the Espresso Martini and said it was fantastic. A must stop spot if you're in Ambler.“
“Very nice inside! Two floors with bar, food and entertainment when they have live music. When it's nice out check out the upper deck seating over looking some of the town, super chill! Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area!“
“Great place to enjoy a lovely meal. It can get busy on weekends so, reservations are recommended. The outside tables are nice but can be too close to each other. Drinks are nice, reasonably priced and the food is delicious for the most part. We enjoyed everything but thought the sauteed calamari were a bit overrated. Will go back for brunch.“
“We went to dinner on a Thursday night, pre booked for my husband's birthday. My husband and I ordered Lamb Chops and Lobster Ravioli. Our friends ordered Steak and Chicken Parm. We did get appetizers, drinks, and dessert as well. Chef Lo didn't disappoint with the taste of the meat and seafood, cooked at right temperatures, not overly seasoned. Portions were good sizes. Keith, our server, was very attentive. The only disappointments were being seated in the lobby due to large parties and music entertainment being there and my girlfriend said the Chicken Parm and meatballs were average. We would recommend.“
“We reserved 333 Belrose for a funeral luncheon for 30 people. From the first contact, Steve was extremely accommodating. The food was excellent, prepared to order & the service was impeccable. We could not have asked for anything more. We can't wait to go back!“
“SCK hosted a big group of us for a book club and everything went so smoothly! They were supper friendly, accommodating, got us in and out easily without rushing us, were super organized, and the food and drinks were amazing!!! I hope we can host every book club meeting here! 10/10“
“I used to come here 30 some years ago when it was Sonoma. It has been several other restaurants through the years but this is the best by far. There are 2 bars. One on the first floor that has retractable windows to open up to the outside. Then there is my favorite bar upstairs. Light, airy, nicely painted walls with olive leaves and glass ceiling. There is a happy hour Monday to Friday, 4 to 6pm. All their signature crafted cocktails are $7 and they are delicious. Our bartender, Jeff, was welcoming and very knowledgeable about his craft. Love that they use a lot of local products. There are other drink options (see my menu photo below) and fun food items. We ordered 2 pizzas (shrimp and artichoke and the pepperoni). Both were fabulous.I will be returning again for their in house made pasta and I can't wait.Parking: People often think that parking is difficult in manayunk but there are plenty of options in the nearby lots if you can't get one on the street.“
“I’ve now been to Cigar Republic 3 times in the past 30 days. Each time has been a great experience. The team there from the top and throughout are pleasant, accommodating and help to create a relaxed environment. The patrons are the same. I’m mulling over becoming a member.Suggestion, read the rules prior to going as there are no outside cigars allowed. That’s ok because their humidor room has a great selection.*while food is not served, they do allow for deliveries from surrounding restaurants*“
“I don’t have enough amazing things to say about this place!! Theresa the owner always treats us like family, there’s an incredible rotating drinks list & there is always some local talent on!I am so glad to have a local pub in lansdale. Keep up the amazing work!“
“Very happy with our dinner visit! Food was very yummy, especially the chicken karagee ?!! The ambiance was very nice too — we were particularly please that the music wasn’t super loud (to the point where we need to scream to talk to each other)! Service was great as well! Will definitely come back ?!“
“Our first experience here, popping in on a rainy Saturday evening. Despite the warm, welcoming interior, the first thing we noticed was how loud the restaurant was. Full capacity with a crowded bar does not need loud music playing! It was exceedingly difficult having a conversation with my partner, we actually gave up and people watched.Food was great! We enjoyed our bacon wrapped figs and goat cheese appetizers. The Tips & Shrimp and short rib pasta entrees were great as were the house-made beignets. The awesome hostess was as doing quadruple duty as Villanova students are one Spring break. She didn’t miss a beat taking our drink and food orders, filling our water and making sure we were enjoying our meal.“
“Tucked away within Downtown Manayunk is the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) Pop-up Garden. There was a Dried Flower Wreath making class that I attended and when I arrived, everything was set up nicely. There are QR Codes on the tables through Toast Take out system. I ordered a drink while I waited for the event to take place. After 10 minutes I ordered fried cheese curd with cherry pepper aioli. This code just places everything on a tab. So cool! The event took place for 1.5 hours and at the end it was a fun night. The environment is so cool with a repurposed warehouse and a beautiful beer garden with lovely greenery everywhere. It's my thing!!After the event I ordered the Jamestown burger with cheese and bacon and their fun Sidewinder fries. Nom nom. That was a delicious, juicy burger with a fresh potato roll. The Negroni and The High Tide, with elijah craig bourbon, green tea syrup, fever tree lemon tonic. Make sure you get that.“
“I absolutely love heading to The Cage in Warrington for brunch. Their eggs smoked salmon and crab cake eggs Benedict are my favorites - they’re just delicious. And don’t get me started on the French baguettes – they’re perfection. The drinks are creative and tasty, and the atmosphere? It’s so welcoming and has such a cool interior design. It’s like my little brunch haven. Highly recommend if you’re around Warrington and looking for a great brunch spot!“
“Enza is our spot! Everyone at Enza is friendly, smiling, attentive and just fantastic. We would consider this our goto place for a night out. The bar always is a great place to sit and chat with the locals and neighbors. Pizza is spot on as well as the full thoughtful and tasty menu. They have a complete bar and wine list which just adds to all the fun!“
“Ribs fell of the bone. The sauce is complex with sweet and sassy flavors. Kramer Cosmo. Smooth and went down easy. Midnight brownie. Cocoa is beautifully prominent. Soft, rich and a perfect end to a perfect meal. Madison was attentive and very informative about the menu.“
“I am the traveler. The Black Horse is a local watering hole. Clientele is very diverse and changes through the day. Very busy for sport games and very good pool players, which is perfect if you want a respectable game. The food is very good and cooked to order. And you the pricing is great. The bathroom is clean. While I’ve been here it is an older crowd, and everyone has been great. I would return.“
“We were immediately approached by The Mayor of the bar (Lenny) who bought us a round *as he was leaving* and repeated over & over how he wanted us to feel welcome. There's apparently amazing food next door (mofongo!) that you can eat at the bar. Can't wait to come back. Word to the wise tho: the bathrooms are not ADA “
“Well if you've ever experienced a wonderful little neighborhood bar Frank's place would be that bar it's the last of the nicetown bars in that area off of hunting Park and 15th Street and Corey the chef comes on at 4:00 and the kitchen is usually closing by 7:00 because there's nothing left he cooks everything wonderful on that menu.“
“Our server was excellent, making sure we had anything needed, giving wonderful recommendations, being attentive without being overly invasive. The food was amazing and delicious, well presented and cooked perfectly. We had oysters, the Roka beet salad, langoustines, lamb chops and greek cheesecake. It was an incredible meal. It is a beautiful place, however the high level of noise made it difficult initially to have a conversation. Our reservation was for 7:15. By 8:15, several tables had finished their meal and left making it much more enjoyable to have a conversation. We will be back!“
“We began our meal with a delicious and beautifully presented cheese board. The nightly special was a barbecue platter with ribs and pulled pork. My husband said it was good but would have been better with more spices. He loved the sweet potato fries. I had the cheesesteak sandwich which is huge. It was good but I was surprised that the mushrooms and onions were ground up with the meat instead of being served on top. Service was friendly and efficient.“
“Select Pizza Grill offers a mouthwatering selection of pizzas that are sure to satisfy any pizza lover's cravings. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a casual meal with friends or family. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who are always ready to cater to your needs. In addition to their delicious pizzas, Select Pizza Grill also offers a variety of other menu options such as salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and portion sizes you receive.Overall, Select Pizza Grill is a fantastic spot to indulge in some tasty pizza and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the Huntington Valley area .“
“Came to the neighborhood to look at a rental unit so I popped in here for lunch. Staff was welcoming, drinks were inexpensive, the Angus burger was delicious. Bar tender was super kind and the other patrons we're super sociable. I will be popping back into this place periodically. Hidden gem ♥️“
“Huge shout out to Allie, Sheila, Liz and Jeff for an AMAZING night! My husband and I walked in off the street purely from a recommendation and consider ourselves forever customers. The staff was phenomenal, the food was spectacular and the environment just right. We cannot thank you enough for a beautiful evening and look forward to MANY more!“
“The drinks are absolutely phenomenal. That said...the scallops wrapped in bacon with BBQ sauce were amazing, but you really need to make your own pizza dough. Using the pre made dough brings this place down a bit. The bartenders are very nice, but need to pay a little more attention when your glass is empty. Great live music.“
“Stopped for the first time for lunch and WOW! Just walking in, you can see it has a very nice atmosphere. Sarah was our hostess/waitress/educator. From the start with their freshly made soda, we were hooked. Appetizers -WOW! Lunch entrees - WOW! Skillet Cookie dessert - WOW! Can't wait to go back.“
“This small restaurant is a deceivingly good place for some high quality seafood. The drinks were great, the food was delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. If you’re in the area, it’s a little off the “main strip” of restaurants but totally worth trying!“
“This bar is a hidden neighborhood gem! For years I've passed the course not thinking there was a restaurant bar there that was open to the public. I really enjoy the service here and the atmosphere is buzzing. With optional outdoor and second floor seating this is a a great place to get some amazing eats and drinks have fun and hang out or find a cozy corner to cuddle up and listen to the jukebox.“
“The service was very good, all the waitresses were patient and kind. The food surprised me, I ordered a breaded chicken with fries and rice, and the quantity of the order was way more than expected, considering it cost $16. Overall, it was a nice experience.“
“This is a cute bar with really good pizza and pretty solid appetizers. I’ve been here a couple of times, including during a bar crawl that was crazy busy. Always solid. It’s pretty small and it seems like the staff is mostly focused on the bar and take out orders, but I never had issues getting my food on time and it was always good (this coming from a very impatient person who hates waiting and spending money on subpar food)I feel like the people in these other reviews are probably just annoying and got mad when the server matched their energy lmao“
“Early dinner tonight. Service amazing starting with the welcoming valet that greeted us to our very attentive server. I had the salad and pasta special and when I say I wanted to do the entire meal again, I mean it! It was delicious!!! Ended with a banana pudding cream brûlée. I mean, come on! Sooo good! The dining room has a beautiful view and is open with alot of light. Can’t wait to go back!“
“I had the "fried" chicken sandwich but with the option of grilled, I chose that. With pickles and lettuce and a sauce; it was SO tastey. The French fries were seasoned to perfection. I was hungry and my taste buds were in heaven.“
“I came here today and despite how busy it was our Server Liz was incredible she was so helpful and there was this sweet long haired boy working so hard getting us refills and clearing our table whenever we needed he was running around to so many tables helping evreyone out and being so kind not to metion the food was amazing I will definitely come here again I've never had such great service If you go here you should try to request Liz she's so kind and helpful I wish we could've tipped her more“
“Amazing as always! The tortilla soup is my favorite and the best one i’ve had (backed by another customer)!!Waitress was also very nice and accommodating!Dietary restrictions: Waitress was considerate about dietary restrictions and allergies!“
