The service was excellent. Olivia and Audrey were very attentive. The food was hot and the coffee was excellent. We had a bit of the wait but the waitress Olivia kept us updated on the time frame. That communication is key. Great job
This is a typical Holiday Inn along the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Stayed 2 nights for an event, and despite the fact that the hotel was being renovated and the lobby was cleared of furniture, the hotel staff made my stay very enjoyable. They were always willing to give tips about local restaurants, directions to attractions, etc. and their friendly professional manner was much appreciated. Excellent ambiance and delicious interpretations of classic comfort dishes. Our sandwiches were delicious, and the crab poutine was outstanding. On their chips and french fries, they sprinkle a seasoning salt that has a quite distinctive flavour.
