“Excellent dining experience. Service, by Kai, was as good as the food. A tad pricey, but this kind of cuisine and professional service should be. BYOB saves a few bucks, so I will be back. The endive salad with a Dijon vinaigrette was sublime and the Red Snapper the best we’ve had. Oh, and the New York strip steak was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. Treat yourself and experience what fine dining is.”

“A level above most pizzerias. I stopped in today for the 1st time to try a slice of pizza and was very impressed. The dough tasted fresh, was nicely crispy but still easy to chew. The cheese was high quality and the chunky sauce was so delicious! Ill definitely be back for more.”

“If you're looking for fresh ingredients, baked with love and phenomenal flavor profiles, Copihue Bakehouse is a must. There is something to select for everyone. The empanadas, avocado or tomato toast, cookies and cupcakes were sampled during our last visit. Our little entourage will be returning to repeat this delectable experience. Copihue was especially a hit with my daughter - she loved everything she tried.”

“We came upon this neighborhood gem by accident while in the area. Clean, friendly, bright and wonderful aromas of delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine. We tried the fish tacos and the huevos con chorizo both of which were divine. Highly recommend!”

“There is never a wait here, and that’s insane because of how good it is. The atmosphere is great since it’s roadside in ambler. The food is cheap and you get soooo much. I got the chicken strips, and they genuinely took an entire chicken and cut it into pieces. Poor Albert, he was a good chicken. R.I.P. At least he tasted good 😋. And to end this review, I’m going to talk about the pretzel. This pretzel is the reason we go to Tannery Run. This is the reason for the five stars. This pretzel is my motivation for everything in life. Not exaggerated.”

“We used Ambler Pizza to cater our wedding for 180 guests, and from ordering through delivery, Nick took so much of the stress off our plate.
Nick helped us plan a fabulous menu.
He even split the delivery so the cold items arrived first and the hot food came right on time. The delivery driver was on point, everything was organized, and most importantly, the food arrived hot and delicious.
We had Chicken Francese that practically melted in your mouth, Penne Rosa with a gluten-free option, Caesar salad, and party trays to complement our charcuterie table. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.
They even provided take-home containers for our guests, which was such a nice touch and our guests loved being able to take some delicious food home with them.
Catering 180 people is no small job, and Ambler Pizza made the entire process easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have been happier with the food or service and would absolutely recommend them for a party, wedding, or large event.”

“I have a subscription to their coffee roastery - I recieve a 5lb bag of Espresso Roast beans every 8 weeks to use in my at home espresso machine. Their beans have ruined all other coffee for myself and my wife - we can ONLY drink Backyard Beans coffee. It is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The worst part is - we live in Alabama so we can only ever order it for delivery!”

One thing to keep in mind if its a busy time I usually only see one worker regardless of it being the weekend or weekday, so sometimes the wait is a bit long but there are games that you can play at the tables while you wait. My favorites are the mango tea with fresh pulp and the 3Q milk tea.”

“My sister and I were looking for Italian and decided to drive by for a look. The parking lot was a little sad, but inside was really nice. I think Don was our waiter. Very knowledgeable about the menu and substitutions we might like better. Nice, helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and large portions. I couldn’t eat another bite, but we enjoyed it very much!”

“If you are looking for a local divey bar this is it. Bartender was pleasant. There was a dart game in progress on the night we came. We were too late to order food but behind the bar and bar top seemed pretty clean. The booths near front entrance also looked recently re done. Even though we are not from the area- the regulars were welcoming.”

“We had dinner at Planchette yesterday in celebration of Father’s Day. In addition to my husband and myself, our daughter, son in law, and two adult grandsons shared the meal. The food was absolutely the best we’ve had in a very long time. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff was wonderful too. Everyone knows it’s been very difficult getting and keeping staff since the pandemic hit. It’s a shame the folks that complained so bitterly about having to wait did not take this fact into consideration. We’d heartily recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience.”

The food was more than delicious with our guests requesting to take home any leftovers, which there was little of. The bruschetta paired with the shrimp scampi was absolutely out of this world—fresh, flavorful, and done to perfection. And the penne vodka pasta? Incredible. You can taste the quality in every bite.

What really sets this place apart is the experience. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the owner personally came out to check on us—which tells you everything about the pride they take in what they’re building.
