If you're looking for fresh ingredients, baked with love and phenomenal flavor profiles, Copihue Bakehouse is a must. There is something to select for everyone. The empanadas, avocado or tomato toast, cookies and cupcakes were sampled during our last visit. Our little entourage will be returning to repeat this delectable experience. Copihue was especially a hit with my daughter - she loved everything she tried.
We've only tried the scones and the Sunday Only Cinnamon Buns so far, but WOW! And I can already say that Copihue is a VERY welcome addition to the Butler Ave. food scene. It's sure to become Ambler's go-to bakery. Brava!!!
