I had high hopes for La Collina, but the service was slow and inattentive. We waited over 30 minutes for our drinks and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Not the experience I expected!
Our experience was excellent! Our server was polite and helpful. We had clams casino and fried calamari as our appetizers. Each of one was delicious ( I'm generally not a fan of clams casino but these were great)portions were generous. I ordered veal à la Collina which was very tasty and my companions both ordered pollo Patroniana and they loved it. We skipped the desserts but I'm sure they are wonderful.
Really nice dinner, impeccable service from valet to food staff to bartender. We are looking forward to returning soon.

La Collina is a lovely restaurant with a great view and ambiance. The staff is friendly and efficient, making celebrations special. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from fabulous veal Collina to delicious chicken parmigiana, and includes excellent traditional Italian food. Customers have enjoyed dishes like osso buco, which is exquisitely prepared, and black spaghetti with calamari and shrimp, described as terrific. While some find the prices a bit high, the food quality is generally good. The pasta dishes can be hit or miss, but many recommend trying the creamy and fresh burrata starter, seafood risotto, and heavenly tiramisu for dessert, which is light and not too sweet. The restaurant has been recently redecorated, and customers are delighted with the new look. The service is excellent, with praise for the attentive staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Located outside of the city center, it offers convenient parking options. La Collina feels like a little slice of Italy, with fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented food. The wine list is impressive and reasonably priced, making it a great choice for a special occasion, providing delicious food, excellent service, and a charming setting.
