“This place was AMAZING like they really chef’d up in there and the spice was perfect. It was too spicy and I could still taste the food. The steak was nicely tender and didn’t take 20 minutes to chew. Would recommend and would go again 👍👍“

“Very creative customize your own froyo shop. You can fill up your cup with whatever flavor(s) you desire and then pick your own toppings from the toppings bar and they include various fun toppings such as gummy bears, cookie dough, brownie bits, boba pearls, lego candy, cereals, and more. They also offer chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, pb sauce, and marshmallow sauce. Very fun and kid friendly inside with colorful chairs and booths. It’s refreshing to see a fun place geared towards children“

“Food is good here. Maybe not top tier, but never disappoints. The server was nice and attentive. Thank goodness she didn't try to push corporate promotions like other chain restaurants, so that's a major win for this place. The atmosphere, however, is tacky and hot.... I went here on a Saturday night and my party was sweating even before the appetizers came. FIX YOUR AC!!!“

“We came here to celebrate a family members birthday and we had an amazing time, food was delicious, service was excellent and the atmosphere was charming! I highly recommend checking this place out! They have an outdoor area with a bar, seating and music. We sat inside but could see the outside area which was very cool!“

“The breakfast sandwiches are NYC quality. The chicken salad is phenomenal. The mac and cheese will change your life. The owners treat you like you are family. Jems is a staple in the Springfield community. I can’t say enough good things about them. Stop by and see for yourself!“
