“I don't know why the Wok is happy but I know why we're happy! What an enjoyable order that was priced in reality. The happy family that I got was packed with meat and the veggies were done perfect. The crab rangoon was light, sweet and creamy. The sweet and sour chicken was traditional without a bunch of extra stuff. Just chicken and sauce. So good! The sesame chicken was sweet, savory, today but the start of the show was their perfect house mustard. My hair curled! The egg roll was the perfect shuttle for that and the duck sauce. No delivery so I picked it up. It was done as I pulled up. The shop is clean and friendly. Everything was under $50. Thanks for a pleasant meal! I'll be back soon.“

“This is pretty much the only place i eat at this mall. For me the price is very reasonable and usually they have something i always enjoy. The spicy fried tofu (w/Veggies & Lo Main) is always great and my go-to when I want a filling snack.
I wish I could give bonus stars simply for the wonderful woman working the register today (9/1/24, roguhly 1 pm). She was amazingly friendly! While I patiently waited for my meal I noticed every customer who came into here (including myself!) was acknowledged and greeted, she made sure to ask if orders were correct double checking and all, and would always find something to compliment or have that moment of a quick impression/connection and making someone's day that much better. Not one person left without a smile. Someone like that is a very rare gift in the food industry. I wish I could give her a proper shout-out, but I never got her name!“

“Made reservations at 7pm at loch bar for my sister’s birthday. I got there first and since my sister was a few minutes away, the host couldn’t seat me without her. My sister arrived at 7:05pm and the host informed us that it was busy therefore we would have to wait at the bar until there is a table available. I’m not sure what is the point of a reservation, if you won’t be seated right away. The bartender was really nice and welcoming. 20 minutes later, there was an open table. The appetizers were delicious especially the mussels!!!! The caviar and potato skin were sooo good as well. The oysters were fresh & cold just how I like it. I ordered shots of clase azul for my sister’s bday and we decided to do a bump of caviar & a shot of clase azul. It was a great combo! Thank me later.“

“I ordered twice from them through Uber Eats and the food is fantastic! The first time I had fried rice, bbq spare rib tips, blue lemonade, and cheesesteak roll. This time I had regular lemonade with young chow fried rice. I sprinkled soy sauce on it in the picture, but trust me, it didn’t need it, it’s good on its own and I was just being extra lol. They’re officially my favorite Chinese food spot. They’re flavorful, consistent, and always piping hot!“

“Ordered lunch from Cheng’s on 3/19/26 ~ 1pm. After watching many videos on social media of creators eating yat gaw mein, I was craving but did not want to go to a place that had a high crime rate.
Staff: The staff was friendly and patient when I ordered and made sure I knew how to get to location.
Environment: Located on York Rd in Govans north of Cold Spring, the environment was OK but there were quite a few young men loitering on sidewalk…no one gave me a hard time when walking in or out.
Food: ordered the shrimp ya gat mein stir fry and a cheese steak egg roll. Noodles were thick, well coated in sauce. Served with onions. There were between 16 - 20 shrimp that were small, likely frozen previously but were deveined. The dish was solid but I would have preferred more salt. Next time, I will order the other way they prepare and ask for some heat. The hard-boiled egg was perfect. Not overcooked at all. Cheesesteak egg roll was very cheesy and tasty. There wasn’t a great deal of beef in the roll however. After eating half the meal, I felt satisfied but not full and sleepy like I have after eating carry out from other places.
Cost: $13.50 plus tax
I will go back again.“

“I am closing in on 40 and have been coming to this restaurant since I was a small child, some of my earliest memories are family dinners at Da Chen. The staff here are amazing— kind, attentive, helpful, and generous. Their house made duck sauce and crispy fried wonton chips ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. Do not sleep on them if you only ever order take-out! You receive the crispy wonton chips with any soup order, but you have to ask for their homemade duck sauce on the side (costs like 25¢ iirc)!!! My favorite foods from here are: wonton soup, their complimentary jasmine tea, shrimp toast, beef & broccoli, sweet & sour chicken, general tso’s chicken, pork fried rice, and the bao bao platter (it’s such a fun treat eating this for dine-in). You will always receive the same quality service and food here, and somehow over the years it’s even gotten better! Da Chen is child-friendly and has high chairs available to use, and is wheelchair-accessible straight from the ample free parking lot and into the restaurant. Da Chen accepts cash, debit or credit. “I had high hopes after seeing a tiktok about how someone enjoyed the food and service here. Having said that the service was excellent. The owner was very sweet and thoughtful which I truly appreciated. The food however wasn't the best tasting in the city. The chicken wings were the best part but barely noteworthy. It tastes like my shrimp and broccoli has been seasoned with old bay and my white rice was a bit soft. The fried was was tasty but the general tso chicken was small and a little chewy. Cheesesteak Roll was good. Overall I'm not disappointed with my experience but I would have second thoughts about returning.“

“Lovely people and never a complaint about the food. Don't go to many Chinese stores, just this one and Danny Wok. It's a mix of a hit or miss with others, plus I like seeing my food being made, so I gave up on ordering out. Here is good, though. I would suggest to sub out the rice for lo mein it makes the meal twice as good. My son turned me on. My foo young was vegetable but that isn't an option. Also had the general tos chicken.

Parking: The lot is good enough for the establishments that are there. Considering everyone is in and out, not staying long.“
