No warning given that it would take so long but they knew, they admitted it when I called at 90 minutes to find out why it hadn’t arrived. At 2 hours we tried to call to cancel and they did not answer the phone.Edit: they refunded our order. My review has been edited. They have good food and their pizza especially is very good.“
“The waitress dropped a whole glass of water. It broke into many pieces. Water was everywhere. They had to clean it up including shards of glass. Did not offer us another table or any compensation for the inconvenience. My friend's jeans were soaking wet. Not good customer service. She never reported the incident to the manager ?“
“I took my toddler here for dinner and the staff were so kind and helpful. Chris in the dining area showed us to a table, brought my son a cow and placemat, cleaned up our finished meal and brought him ice cream in a cup. Chris was so kind and sweet to my son, and helpful throughout our meal.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and accommodating for my toddler.“
“I haven't eaten at Sbarro's for a while. Sbarro's is still good, in spite of being fast food, in the Springfield Mall Food Court. I had their Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon Stromboli, and a Spinach Stromboli. Both were great, and I was given a cup of tomato sauce with them. I was able to sit down to eat there. Most fast food places no longer have a sit down section. So being able to eat right there was a plus!“

“Crocodile Catering was recommended by a colleague to cater my work's Town Hall meeting for 24 people. It was the BEST catering experience that I've had in my 25+ year career. From Lauren's help with the choosing which food would be best for our event (based on dietary restrictions) to the amazing delivery and set-up by Rachel (she was super sweet and helpful of course!) and the AWESOME look and taste of the food, I couldn't have asked for or expected more! :)I had many people come up to me (including my boss) to tell me how good the wraps were and how they really enjoyed the fruit kabobs, crunchy salad and yummy cookies! I have to say, the vegetarian wraps were a HUGE hit and were gone right away and everyone kept asking me for more. Lesson learned to order about half vegetarian wraps in the future. My only regret is that I didn’t get to try a vegetarian wrap, but I will be going to Crocodile Cafe in the near future to order one!“
“One of the best burgers I've had! The fries didn't look impressive, but were cooked to perfection with a nice seasoning. Great service and beer selection too! I would layer the burger a little differently than served. I wish that the lettuce was underneath the burger patty to block the juice on the bottom bun since it is a thick juicy patty instead of trendy thin smashed cooked burgers. The burger was cooked perfectly. Fresh toppings. Thick tomato slices, high quality pickles and the cheese melted just right! I assumed from the location and the logo that this was a chain place. It's not and I kinda wish it was being from Ohio. I cannot wait to have another Blackout Burger!“
