I went there with my Wife earlier this week and was greeted by the General Manager Mike , who made us feel very welcomed and accommodated! He served us with great hospitality, was very friendly and operated the store fantastically! This was the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time which is why I am writing this review. Give this General Manager Mike a raise, he absolutely deserves it !“

“I am an Uber driver from York Pennsylvania. I was looking for more upscale lunch and I parked at a parking garage and this was the closest four-star restaurant. “The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

“First time going earlier. Ordered 3 cheesesteaks after seeing images on another page. These cheesesteaks are super heavy and packed with so much flavor. Of course on a seeded roll. This place has hit my top 5 and will be going back to try other things in the menu. Super well worth it and not as pricy as other places as well. Highly highly recommend this restaurant!!!!“

“Cozy, welcome little neighborhood eatery in South Philly. Our party of 5 had both lunch and breakfasts. All were big hits! Pictures below was one of the specials-short rib grilled cheese. Should be a menu regular! It was fabulous! A generous serving so tender and great flavor. We’ll be back! A great find!“
