I’m disappointed… it was the nonchalant attitude from the person who took the call to the server. 😞“

“I had a chicken gyro. You can get it on whole wheat pita bread, which was curiously flavorful, and grilled to a crunchy texture on the outside. The chicken was slightly dry, although the tzatziki sauce helped moisten it up. Consider getting the lamb.

I substituted olives since onions don't like me. It also came with lettuce & tomato.

This is a healthier option than most of the other places in the food court (with the exception of Jalapenos next door, which I read is related).“

“I wanted to share how wonderful the staff at the Deptford Olive Garden were to my family tonight. Dinner got off to a slow start, and with two young kids at the table, I was feeling a little overwhelmed. When I mentioned the wait to the manager, he immediately jumped in and brought us breadsticks, salad, and soup.

What really meant a lot was that he kept an eye on our table afterward. Our entrees were taking a while, and before I even had to say another word, he came over and offered to take care of our check. That was incredibly generous, but it was the fact that he noticed and cared that stayed with me. The manager's name was Peter. Tall handsome man!

Another server, Andrew, (great hair very handsome) who wasn’t even assigned to our table, also kept stopping by to refill drinks and make sure we had what we needed. They made us feel genuinely cared for, and what could have been a stressful dinner turned into such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for taking such good care of us!“

I got the Mexican Caesar salad, the person that waited on me explained the difference of the chicken I could put in my salad. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

“Had my daughter’s bridal shower here on 8/28/26 and was very happy with our experience! We wanted a cozy, warm environment for her special day and we had just that. We dined inside with a group of 40 and it was relaxed and laid back. I highly recommend their homemade tomato gnocchi and the chicken francese. Delicious!
