I went there with my Wife earlier this week and was greeted by the General Manager Mike , who made us feel very welcomed and accommodated! He served us with great hospitality, was very friendly and operated the store fantastically! This was the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time which is why I am writing this review. “The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

“First time going earlier. Ordered 3 cheesesteaks after seeing images on another page. These cheesesteaks are super heavy and packed with so much flavor. Of course on a seeded roll. This place has hit my top 5 and will be going back to try other things in the menu. Super well worth it and not as pricy as other places as well. Highly highly recommend this restaurant!!!!“

“Great option if you're looking for something healthy but still filling! I especially like the Mediterranean chicken wrap (can get as whole wheat!) because it's very robust with plump and fresh ingredients. The salads are also great, though it's a bit annoying that there are additional charges after you pick 5 ingredients for the create your own option. The pick two option is great too because I like getting a mix of dishes. My only other complaint besides the ingredient limit is that their vegetarian options for sandwiches are a bit limited. I had the Tomato, Mozzarella N Basil panini when I wasn't having meat and it was okay... it ended up getting soggy by the time I got home, which was a bit annoying.Regardless, I would come back and am open to trying so of their other dishes!“
