Being the oldest italian restaurant in the US is the only thing Ralphs has going on. Service was terrible. Food was mediocre at best. Paid $31 for chicken parm that I make better at home. Red sauce literally taste like Ragu. Chicken was thick, not tender. Not much flavor. Was amped to visit but will never be back. Highly suggest visiting your local neighborhood italian restaurant rather than going to this tourist trap.
The food was good but felt so rushed by the server ! Sat for 5 mins tops and asked do you know what you want - asked for a few mins - came back twice . And to add zero personality just rush rush rush - wanted to tell someone when
leaving but no one acknowledged us sooo here I am
We were so excited to try Ralph’s, but very disappointing! The food was just ok, nothing special , have definitely had a lot better. I was expecting a real Italian meal and this definitely was not, the gravy tasted like it was canned , the bread was hard and cold. Won’t go back again.
