“I chose the vedge experience to try 3 dishes and desert for $65/person. All the plates were not only uniquely thought through and delicious, but also presented like works of art. I really enjoyed the creative balance of flavors they used from only plant sources that even mimicked non-vegetarian dishes I've had before. Menu rotates seasonal so I will be returning soon and is well accomodating for gluten free patrons. An experience well worth trying“
“Came here for a Valentine’s Day tasting menu and was blown away. My partner picked the restaurant and I went in blind, knowing nothing. Incredible experience. The food was outstanding and made right in front of us. Max is a wonderful chef who worked magic to provide an incredible tasting menu by himself. “Hibiscus. There’s no other place to get vegan food in West Philly. Period. The curry chickpea wrap, salmon wrap, and Jamaican tofu are my absolute favorites. All of their juices and smoothies are so fresh and delicious!! They have these new jackfruit patties that are packed with flavor and delicious curry seasoning. I’ve been coming here since middle school, and they never disappoint. It can be a little crowded in the afternoons but the food is absolutely worth it. “wow, I just discovered this hidden gem right off temple campus and with one visit it’s already my favorite restaurant in Philly, the food was so amazingly flavorful and I love the vegetarian options. The service was phenomenal, I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. The boy with the Afro was extremely nice and made sure I knew of ALL of my options and even helped me get $2 off my order since it was my first time. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to grab a bite to eat and do some work or have a nice catch up with friends. The environment and food are top tier.“

“Bar bombon has been on my list for months and finally stumbled across it today with my cousin, spent hours at the bar— Ben made us the best margaritas to our preferred requests and was so sweet and attentive. Spicy quac lasted forever, so fresh and delicious! We sadly ate before coming but complimentary taste to the jackfruit quesadilla pieces were BOMB… we were eyeing the menu with full bellies but WOW!! “Desmond was so sweet, friendly and helpful!The food was fresh, tasty and clearly of good quality. We devoured a basic B with cheese meal with sweet potato fries and a kale lemonade, and a smokehouse burger with with a side of fries and onion rings. No joke everything was delicious. “I live on 2nd street and have been coming here since they opened. I ordered this sandwich now 4 times and every time it is better. It’s the S10 Roast Beef Hot sliced thin, cheddar cheese and horseradish. It also comes with cucumber, lettuce and tomato that I don’t get. If you like roast beef this is the best around. It’s better than PARCS lunch toast beef sandwich. A must try!!!!!! You will not be disappointed. Word of caution, the horseradish has a kick to it….“

“This place offers some of the most delicious and incredible vegan/vegetarian items ever!! Jeff, the owner/chef, is super creative and talented! I had the yuba hoagie, which was so divine that I finished the whole thing! If you love garlic, the toum dipping sauce that comes with the za'atar fries is unreal! I also had the cauliflower salad with the tahini dressing. The combo was unmatched! Oh, another one of my favorites is the patty melt!! Andy makes them like no other!Go try them out before they close! But hopefully enough people go so they don't close!!!“
