This place...I pride myself on being a pizza snob and having the palette to know when the sauce is canned. This place is original from scratch, start to finish. The sauce is insanely good. I wish they had more seating inside so we could just sit there and eat for hours. Give them a shot, not your typical pizza joint. WORTH THE HYPE!!“

“I just attended my niece's graduation party there. AMAZING PIZZA !!!! They put out a variety of pizzas on a buffet table. A crispy crust (I went right for the corner pieces) with cheese down 1st. I enjoyed them all, but my favorites were the sausage, the pepperoni, the white pie with onions pork belly and sprouts and the spinach and ricotta. Can't wait to go back !!!“

“My favorite spot in town, have been here more than anywhere else. They have the best cocktails. The broccolini and ricotta are my favorite appetizers. I can't stop thinking about the ricotta! “For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

“Great margharita pizza and house (Philly cheesesteak) calzone. Friendly and nice staff made for a great stop for an inviting sit down or take out. It’s confusing from the map at first that it’s downstairs in a high rise building, but the escalator promptly takes you there, and a security guard will kindly key you in to the location. Flavors are tasty. I’d stop in again for sure.

“Absolutely delicious vegan fare! And they brew great beers too. I had the heirloom tomato Sammy and was looking forward to it on a hot night, but also thought ,"How good can a tomato sandwich be?". I was not prepared for the magic of this sandwich. I forced my family to try it and all were in agreement. Also that bang bang broccoli - dang dang, it's incredible!!“

“I'm very skeptical of hotel-adjacent restaurants but this spot really should not be put in that category. It's new and maybe has some growing pains but really is worth the try.

Have to start with the service. Alexander was so pleasant and answered every question I had with a thoughtful and educated answer-for example: what is DOP tomato (plz ask). You can tell that the staff enjoy what they do and believe in the spirit of the restaurant.

Turning to the food, this was good-not great but eventually will be great. We weren't super inspired by the list of appetizers and ultimately went with the bomba calabrese (tuna-stuffed Calabrese cherry bomb peppers). This was a nice bite...it was worth trying. We were really torn about the pizzas as there is a good amount of options but not a ton of variety. Ultimately, we went with the bronte, our favorite of the night (pesto, mozzarella, mortadella, buratta, pistachios-what can go wrong?), and the night special of a fennel and lamb sausage combination. I'm not so used to having so much crust and so little base layer to substantiate the ingredients, but I realize this may be what makes a Neapolitan pizza? It just made it feel like the crust and breading was a skosh dry, so we ended up dipping into a side of olive oil.

In terms of growth, I think the layout of the restaurant needs reworking. The center bar is gorgeous, as are the window seats. The remaining tables seem a bit like an afterthought and need to be arranged differently because the space isn't being used as effectively as it can be. And I know this is nit-picky, but the dishware didn't seem to match the theme and could be improved upon. Overall, I think this place has a ton of potential.“

“Overall good experience considering how busy the restaurant was. My only issue was in how long it took to be seated with a reservation. I know they were busy but the table where they sat us was ready at our reservation time ( I peeked and saw the table around the corner) but they still sat us 15 minutes past our reservation time. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly but we had to ask for bread and I never got a water refill. Food quality and taste was to Maggiano's standards. We were surprised at the small portions for the crab entrees. Would we go again? Yes.“

My only minor criticism is that the drinks came out slowly, but the attentiveness and the professionalism of the servers and staff more than made up for it. “I found this place while planning my and my sister’s vacation to Philly. Soon as I saw it on the map, I had to save it. We made it here on a rainy day after visiting the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I got the Curry Veggie Delite and man, was it a delight. The base is a curry sauce that has a nice kick to it and the whole pizza was loaded with veggies. I also got mango lassi, which was a wonderful creamy addition to my meal. Totally recommend!“

The restaurant was super clean and our waiter and the owner were phenomenal, especially with our 3 boys. Our meals were unique, from scratch, and made with the freshest ingredients. Even our picky eater ate every single bite. For the coffee drinkers, their coffee was high quality, unlike a lot of breakfast cafes. This restaurant had a very family-oriented, "Cafe on the corner" feel to it.
