“Pretty good experience! There was a little bit of a mix up with what we ordered but they instantly took care of it and got us the rest of our food. Some of the food was hit or miss. The broll, Bloc party, Hijiki, and e I shumai was great but I didn't really like the chashu because it was a bit gummy and the wings were not my favorite. But other than that, it was all great. “I went here with 2 of my friends for the first time for their Happy Hour (4-7 pm). We arrived early and was seated right away. Our server Jasmine was very nice. She made great food recommendations. “Great spot for a cheap burger that is good quality. A bit under-seasoned but you get salt pepper to add. Very reminiscent of home style / back yard barbecue burgers. Hard to not have some bias for how affordable it is at 6 bucks but I don’t think it’s a burger that trumps other bar burgers flavor wise. Fries are good especially soaked in malt vinegar. Don’t really get the appeal of going after sun down when it’s pitch black inside though. Makes it super awkward when people go to the bathroom and this blaring light suddenly appears in the corner of your eye or if you go and come out from a piss to see the whole bar squinting at you because you’re a visual disturbance“

I was needing to book a large group dinner for my colleagues (29 of us) and Valerie was so easy to work with! Through the pub and then a doorway into the "house" next door is a very cozy two floor (maybe three?)experience, a house turned into an eating area, also a surprise pinball machine corner and televisions on both floors. Very unique, very comfortable. You just want to hang there all night as if it were your own house. Love it“

There is both a small bar with beers on tap and coolers with a wide variety of beers, both craft and the regular stuff which my husband was very pleased with. You can just grab what you need and chill. I had a really delicious strawberry NA beer suggested by the staff, really the best NA beer I have ever had. Most of all this is just a fun, relaxing easygoing stop. We had tired feet after several hours of sightseeing and this felt perfect.“

Sampan is linked, and this location is typically busy. Since the dining room was downstairs, there was a kind of nice corridor leading to it. You and your group can choose from a small variety of dishes to share at the table during restaurant week, with some items having an additional fee. There was a stronger romantic vibe. Here, the Kobe beef is a great choice.“
