“We just love our new family restaurant! We get treated like family everytime we go!!!! The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is exceptional. And let's talk about the food - it's absolutely to die for! The portions during happy hour are perfect and the prices are so reasonable.

But the best part? Let me introduce you to DAVID! He's the star of the show - always attentive, funny, and he makes drinks like a true master! Whenever I go, I insist on being seated with David.

They made our anniversary so special and they truly care about their guests' experience. We feel so lucky to have this gem in the neighborhood. I'd travel far and wide for this level of excellence!

Oh, and I can't forget to mention my favorites: The Good Good Things drink, the Buffalo wings during happy hour, and the amazing cheesesteak! And my kids absolutely love the huge, deep dish, extra cheesy pizza.

We're off to our reservation with David - can't wait! If you go, make sure to say hi to him and tell him Mink sent you!

Almost forgot the fresh house made potato chips!!!! So so so good!!! Don't skip them!

There's a long nice bar, a section of beer to go that's in cases, six packs, or singles in the fridge. There's merch. There's pool. There's a friendly bartender. The service has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was just here last night catching up with some friends. Even though it was last call and close to closing, the servers were very patient and accommodating. In the past, they’ve also helped me choose from their bottle shop selection in the back.

Follow the sign towards the Septa sales office and go past the post office and Ninja Bao is on the right. It’s outside the turnstiles so you don’t have to pay or anything coming in off the street. Second, order some Bao buns and the scallion pancake beef wrap. They are amazing. I always thought someone should make an Asian style burrito and Ninja did it and better yet used a scallion pancake instead of a flavorless flour tortilla. The people were extremely friendly and the place was very clean. Don’t be bothered by having lunch underground, it’s a must stop!“

“I was in Philly this weekend for my sister’s graduation, and I tried a few of the local coffee shops near where I was staying (habitat obviously being one of them). I ordered an oat milk iced latte with an extra shot-it was well made, with a nice balance of espresso to milk. I found the latte had an earthy flavor, which wasn’t necessarily displeasing, but also isn’t something I usually seek out. There is more info about where they source their beans from online. Otherwise, the service was very good; the employee behind the counter was kind and attentive, and my drink was prepared relatively quickly. The interior is cool and funky, but a little small. I’m not sure this is the type of coffee shop where I would sit and do work. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place, I really enjoyed the vibes and the workers, and the coffee was solid.“

Yards Brewing Company Bar • $
8000 Essington Ave, Philadelphia

“Let me start I did read all the bad reviews before heading over there so I didn’t have great expectations. However as a cheapskate and a craft beer lover especially searching for my lessor common styles of beer, I typically go by each bar and restaurant in airport and scan QR code to see beer selection and check pricing. Most places here in Philadelphia Airport straight rip off at 16 per pint, but when you want a beer you’re stuck. Anyway when I first approached the counter I was absolutely expecting to be poked since they didn’t show prices only beer menu.Luckily they had something for me that I was going to purchase regardless, A nice strong Golden at 8%.I was then blown away upon seeing I got a 20oz, normally higher ABV beers are served in smaller 12oz glasses. Any full pour of 20oz was only 10 bucks and I was expecting at least 20, left me room in budget to not only get 2nd beer plus a pretty solid hotdog and chips.Biggest plus was Connor the bar tender, was super cool and attentive, and then informed me I was safe to take my cup and walk back to my terminal, since I walked a fair distance just to check out all beer options.Lastly, unlike most other restaurants In airport it’s kind of obvious if your paying attention that their section is not owned and maintained by airport, as most restaurants have tables and chairs with chargers that kind of blend from restaurants into gates, so I kinda understand their right to ask people to patronize their business or ask them to leave, I was lucky to find a spot at the bar.Not excusing anyone ever treated rudely, and definitely not my experience.“

“Always a good time at Hawthorne's. Been coming here for years and years. Never disappoints. Recently I've been taking myself there on cute lunch dates and sitting outside. Great people watching, great location, great service. My go to is a glass of Prosecco and the BLT. It's the best BLT I've ever had (I eat a lot of BLTs). The bacon is thick cut and crispy. The mayo to bacon tomato ratio is suspiciously perfect every time so I'm not sure how they do it but I don't ask questions. I'm sorry I don't have a picture of the BLT, because I inhale it immediately and there is no time for pics. I usually get a genuine compliment from staff when I am there; not sure if it's me deserving the compliment or them just being delightful as always. They have great cocktails; get the French 75, they do it right. Overall, solid neighborhood haunt. Good vibes, good people, good food, good drinks. Just a good time! “Philly has amazing Vegan spots, but I just don’t get what’s going on here. They added a service fee so everything feels about 25 percent more than what’s stated on the menus but you just have to guess, and they definitely still give you the option to tip on the iPad so it’s very confusing. Maybe just change your prices? I get things cost more now, but it doesn’t seem transparent at all. The pho was just really bad and you should probably take that off the menu. I’m almost never disappointed when I go out. I wanna take the review down but really this place can do better it’s so nice inside and I really don’t wanna bash a vegan business but I also don’t want this to be peoples experience with trying a plant based place. On your menu the prices just aren’t even close to what you pay before tip and there are some things you really don’t need to be adding on there.“

Chips and Queso

“@halal_mexican is a hidden gem in Philadelphia that has some of the best HALAL Mexican cuisine that I’ve ever tasted. I love that I was able to find a Mexican halal spot. Pictured: -Flautas -Shrimp Chimichanga -Mini Corn on the Cob -Chicken Tacos -Steak Burrito Bowl My favorite item from there has to be the flautas. It’s a deep fried rolled chicken tacos served with pico de gallo and sour cream. Highly recommend this restaurant to all those seeking a tasty mexican restaurant with good service and halal food! Thank you @halal_mexican for being so hospitable and accommodating. I’ll be coming back here next visit“

“I truly loved this place. I tasted pizzas I had never heard of and they were amazingly delicious. The chocolate “pizza—different crust more like a pastry) was “to die for”. I ate way too much but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it as a delicious and unique experience well worth eating way too much!!! They were all so good it was hard to decide what I liked best, all of which I had never tried or heard of before. Try it out and I don’t think you could be anything but delighted!“
