“My favorite place for breakfast AND lunch! Taco Heart has consistently delicious breakfast tacos and the best queso in town. This summer on my bestie’s wedding day we called them about 30 minutes before close and ordered A LOT of chorizo tacos for the bride and they happily obliged and added special treats - a kindness and a memory i carry with me!
So happy to have found this little gem ?“

“I was highly recommended this place by a friend and I finally got around to visiting it yesterday! Truly an awesome little spot. Very cool and different from any other coffee place I’ve been to in Philly! Inside is a little corner area to shop for artisan items. But most importantly they have delicious, unique, and cheap coffee drinks. Will be coming back asap!!“

“Noted as a wine bar. But much more. The menu is limited but imaginative, very good and large portions. We found it on our last night in Philly. But we won’t wait until the last night when we return.“

“We just love our new family restaurant! We get treated like family everytime we go!!!! The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is exceptional. And let's talk about the food - it's absolutely to die for! The portions during happy hour are perfect and the prices are so reasonable.
But the best part? Let me introduce you to DAVID! He's the star of the show - always attentive, funny, and he makes drinks like a true master! Whenever I go, I insist on being seated with David.
They made our anniversary so special and they truly care about their guests' experience. We feel so lucky to have this gem in the neighborhood. I'd travel far and wide for this level of excellence!
Oh, and I can't forget to mention my favorites: The Good Good Things drink, the Buffalo wings during happy hour, and the amazing cheesesteak! And my kids absolutely love the huge, deep dish, extra cheesy pizza.
We're off to our reservation with David - can't wait! If you go, make sure to say hi to him and tell him Mink sent you!
Almost forgot the fresh house made potato chips!!!! So so so good!!! Don't skip them!
Kid-friendliness: Always awesome and patient with my kids!“

“An excellent place to clear your head one afternoon and take many more photos at night is a quality of lights ✨?
Parking: There is not much space near the park for parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a place where your kids can have fun with a carousel ? and food ?“
“Love, love, love! Tons and tons of bottles - beer, cider, seltzer, wine and sake. You name it they have it. A fantastic rotating selection! You can enjoy on premises (and catch the Phils!) or take away. They also have rotating drafts (beer, cider, wine, slushies!) which are great as well. Our go to (non-liquor) alcohol store!“

“I’ve been here a couple times in the past few years, I’ve always really liked the atmosphere. I haven’t gone back much because the prices are a little inaccessible. It’s a shame because I live right around the corner, but I just can’t justify paying $20 for a sandwich. If that included tip, I would understand, but I don’t believe the tip is included. I do like that they have vegetarian options.“

“The Tahini Oat Bar is a favorite. At $5 for two bars in a packet it is expensive but so delicious. I ration it out to last two weeks. I have enjoyed the Milk Bread and recently bought a bread which was whole wheat with cornmeal in it. This is tasty spread with butter. Lost Bread Co is at the Union Square Farmers Market and I try to get there early to buy my favorites. All the breads are made with whole grains.“
“Stopped in to pick up an order. Parking is tricky. There's no parking structure and very few spots on the street.
The space is large and welcoming. There's an actual beer garden where the purchased beer (and other consumables) can be enjoyed. Lots of local beers on tap. There's a long nice bar, a section of beer to go that's in cases, six packs, or singles in the fridge. There's merch. There's pool. There's a friendly bartender. There's a lot to see, do, eat, and, of course, drink .“

“Manatawny is always wonderful. The staff behind the bar are fantastic and answer any questions you might have about the menu or the products they make. The cocktails are always great and I like the fact that they do seasonal menus so there's new things to try often.“

“I’ve been to Fishtown Social many times and every experience has been great. Every wine/cocktail I’ve ordered has been very enjoyable. The whites and oranges are among the best I’ve ever had. I know I can try a few different wines here that I wouldn’t normally drink because the menu is always strong.
The service has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was just here last night catching up with some friends. Even though it was last call and close to closing, the servers were very patient and accommodating. In the past, they’ve also helped me choose from their bottle shop selection in the back.
It also has a great atmosphere - candles, a beautiful bar, and outdoor seating. Stopping by here is always a treat!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Dining Experience! I recently dined at Parc and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring our evening was perfect. The menu had a fantastic variety. And the food were fresh and perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. it was out of this world! The ambiance added to the experience, with great lighting, tasteful decor, and just the right level of background music. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening, a family dinner, or a night out with friends, Parc is the place to go. Overall, exceeded our expectations in every way. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Five stars, without a doubt!“

“Loved dropping in here on a Saturday. Very relaxed vibes walking in here, perfect for a relaxed meet up, coffee or quick bite. My wife and I ordered the Ume Plum Tea, Vietnamese Latte, Khang’s Special Banh Mi, Crispy Tofu Banh Mi, and Doenjang Butter Fries. The Ume Plum Tea is so unique, and their Vietnamese Latte is the best I’ve had. Their food portions are big, and will definitely leave you full. Highly recommend this place!“

“Very good meal at Nabu. Room is a little tight. The Beet/citrus salad was wonderful as was the Burrata Toast. Duck Confit was excellent and appreciated the chef holding the mashed Yams and putting it over vegetables. Very flavorful. Beef Bourgonaise was very filling. Portion was large. The lemon tart dessert was exquisite. Had to wait a while at the start for any service due to the crowded dining room and only 2 servers but wait was worth it.“
“Great tasting, no-BS beers and cool friendly staff. All you need in a brewery!“

“John's Italian Water Ice is the best tasting old fashion water ice! My Dad used to take us here for a cool, refreshing treat as kids. My childhood favorites were Lemon, Pineapple, Pina Colada & Cherry flavors! It was sooo refreshing on a super hot weekend! It brings back many fond memories of my childhood in South Philly. I'm looking forward to going back there again, real soon!
Parking: Street parking is usually full. You may have to walk a block or two to find a parking space.
Kid-friendliness: Water Ice treats for the entire family.“

“Als Touristen sind wir ohne große Erwartungen ins Dirty Frank's. Wir wurden im Prinzip am ersten Tag schon als Stammgäste angesehen. Ab dem zweiten Tag, fühlten wir uns auch so. Absolut super Service, sehr nette Menschen im der Bar. Coole Jukebox, günstige Getränke. Sollte es uns jemals wieder nach Philly verschlagen, wird Dirty Frank's Bar das Erste sein, was wir besuchen werden.“

“Group of 5 of us who haven't been here before and we all loved it. The food was terrific and our server (Caitlin) was excellent. The vegan options were plentiful which is a big plus for me. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but I even enjoyed that. We will certainly be back!“

“First, here’s how you get to Ninja Bao. Take the Septa escalator located on the corner of 15th and Market. It’s on 15th about 100ft north of Market. Follow the sign towards the Septa sales office and go past the post office and Ninja Bao is on the right. It’s outside the turnstiles so you don’t have to pay or anything coming in off the street. Second, order some Bao buns and the scallion pancake beef wrap. They are amazing. I always thought someone should make an Asian style burrito and Ninja did it and better yet used a scallion pancake instead of a flavorless flour tortilla. The people were extremely friendly and the place was very clean. Don’t be bothered by having lunch underground, it’s a must stop!“

“This place is the definition of a neighborhood gem! The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming and festive as is the staff. The drink menu is so fun and the food menu is not overwhelming. It has all the right key choices for Mexican food and then some unique specials. There is outdoor seating but we chose inside. We had the chicken and the asada burritos and my boyfriend couldn't stop raving about them the rest of the nignt! We got the guacamole as appetizer. It had a nice little kick to it and was so fresh and delicious! Run don't walk to this spot!“

“I was in Philly this weekend for my sister’s graduation, and I tried a few of the local coffee shops near where I was staying (habitat obviously being one of them). I ordered an oat milk iced latte with an extra shot-it was well made, with a nice balance of espresso to milk. I found the latte had an earthy flavor, which wasn’t necessarily displeasing, but also isn’t something I usually seek out. There is more info about where they source their beans from online. Otherwise, the service was very good; the employee behind the counter was kind and attentive, and my drink was prepared relatively quickly. The interior is cool and funky, but a little small. I’m not sure this is the type of coffee shop where I would sit and do work. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place, I really enjoyed the vibes and the workers, and the coffee was solid.“

“Let me start I did read all the bad reviews before heading over there so I didn’t have great expectations. However as a cheapskate and a craft beer lover especially searching for my lessor common styles of beer, I typically go by each bar and restaurant in airport and scan QR code to see beer selection and check pricing. Most places here in Philadelphia Airport straight rip off at 16 per pint, but when you want a beer you’re stuck. Anyway when I first approached the counter I was absolutely expecting to be poked since they didn’t show prices only beer menu.Luckily they had something for me that I was going to purchase regardless, A nice strong Golden at 8%.I was then blown away upon seeing I got a 20oz, normally higher ABV beers are served in smaller 12oz glasses. Any full pour of 20oz was only 10 bucks and I was expecting at least 20, left me room in budget to not only get 2nd beer plus a pretty solid hotdog and chips.Biggest plus was Connor the bar tender, was super cool and attentive, and then informed me I was safe to take my cup and walk back to my terminal, since I walked a fair distance just to check out all beer options.Lastly, unlike most other restaurants In airport it’s kind of obvious if your paying attention that their section is not owned and maintained by airport, as most restaurants have tables and chairs with chargers that kind of blend from restaurants into gates, so I kinda understand their right to ask people to patronize their business or ask them to leave, I was lucky to find a spot at the bar.Not excusing anyone ever treated rudely, and definitely not my experience.“

“Always a good time at Hawthorne's. Been coming here for years and years. Never disappoints. Recently I've been taking myself there on cute lunch dates and sitting outside. Great people watching, great location, great service. My go to is a glass of Prosecco and the BLT. It's the best BLT I've ever had (I eat a lot of BLTs). The bacon is thick cut and crispy. The mayo to bacon tomato ratio is suspiciously perfect every time so I'm not sure how they do it but I don't ask questions. I'm sorry I don't have a picture of the BLT, because I inhale it immediately and there is no time for pics. I usually get a genuine compliment from staff when I am there; not sure if it's me deserving the compliment or them just being delightful as always. They have great cocktails; get the French 75, they do it right. Overall, solid neighborhood haunt. Good vibes, good people, good food, good drinks. Just a good time! Thanks for the consistently awesome service over the years and keep up the great work.“

“Philly has amazing Vegan spots, but I just don’t get what’s going on here. They added a service fee so everything feels about 25 percent more than what’s stated on the menus but you just have to guess, and they definitely still give you the option to tip on the iPad so it’s very confusing. Maybe just change your prices? I get things cost more now, but it doesn’t seem transparent at all. The pho was just really bad and you should probably take that off the menu. I’m almost never disappointed when I go out. I wanna take the review down but really this place can do better it’s so nice inside and I really don’t wanna bash a vegan business but I also don’t want this to be peoples experience with trying a plant based place. On your menu the prices just aren’t even close to what you pay before tip and there are some things you really don’t need to be adding on there.“

“@halal_mexican is a hidden gem in Philadelphia that has some of the best HALAL Mexican cuisine that I’ve ever tasted. I love that I was able to find a Mexican halal spot. Pictured: -Flautas -Shrimp Chimichanga -Mini Corn on the Cob -Chicken Tacos -Steak Burrito Bowl My favorite item from there has to be the flautas. It’s a deep fried rolled chicken tacos served with pico de gallo and sour cream. Highly recommend this restaurant to all those seeking a tasty mexican restaurant with good service and halal food! Thank you @halal_mexican for being so hospitable and accommodating. I’ll be coming back here next visit“

“I truly loved this place. I tasted pizzas I had never heard of and they were amazingly delicious. The chocolate “pizza—different crust more like a pastry) was “to die for”. I ate way too much but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it as a delicious and unique experience well worth eating way too much!!! They were all so good it was hard to decide what I liked best, all of which I had never tried or heard of before. Try it out and I don’t think you could be anything but delighted!“
