“Changed my review because of recent the food isn’t as good due to the lacking service. They barely listen to your requests or try to be accommodating. It’s like there’s lacking management. It used to be the go-to place. Hope it gets back on its feet.
Update: came back to say it seems this pace has gotten new management in the recent years. The food is quite good, brace the go-to place once again. Pretty good customer service. No major complaints. Keep it up!“

“Hi we had a luncheon yesterday 8-4-25 it was a celebration of my cousin’s life. There was 10 of us and they knew what service was outstanding. “Whatever good you heard, it’s true. Tuna hoagie is gas and I don’t even like tuna hoagies that much. Seafood salad has FRESH crab and shrimp, not just imitation. Fresh ingredients and the bun is the perfect mixture of being sturdy yet soft but not gummy. Coming back for sure and it’s clean.“

“Del Rossi to me is the best cheesesteak in the city. They’re permanent bread and fresh ingredients makes it amazing. And one of the things that people sleep on there is the chicken cheesesteak probably the best chicken cheese that I’ve ever had. The staff is great. The owners are great. This was a great experience.“

“It’s not just another coffee shop. It feels like home in all the best ways. Walking in you are always greeted with a smile and staff that care deeply about the customer experience & the menu never disappoints. They switch up some menu items monthly/seasonally that are all uniquely delicious. They also have seating inside and outside, with a comfortable setting to meet with friends or get work done (WiFi and outlets available!). Started coming here when I was pregnant a few years ago and formed great connections with the staff who my child now also gets excited to see (shout out to Barb & Michelle!!). In addition to regularly grabbing coffee, we also used them for our son’s first birthday party cupcakes and dessert tray. Communication was amazing and the treats turned out great. Cannot recommend them enough!“

“Traveled from TX knowing my husband and I had to try this legendary place!
Ordered a philly, but it was the huge one you find youtube reviews on. It had pastrami, mushroom, cheese, onions, and brisket on a warm toasted loaf. Sandwich was huge! Split it with my husband and we didnt even finish half of our half.
Cant wait to go back and try more the next time I'm in NJ.
Service was great and the deli took you back in time. Only regret is that I didn't order a dessert to go.“

The food is just perfect, authentic and I love how they have a new menu every week or so for different regions! Beyond excellent service. “Stopped by for a quick lunch. The waitress was quick and friendly but the man who also took our order (I believe he was the owner) was very nice and kept making sure we were satisfied. He also expressed how much he appreciated us stopping by! I got a Thai tea and chicken pho. The pho was really good, very flavorful! The Thai tea was really good. Highly recommend“

“Second time I've been here in a month. Not from Philly. Traveling. The first time was the breakfast cheese steak. My son was obsessed with that. Tonight had the regular cheese steak w extra Cooper. Omg. Insane. The bread. The steak. The cheese. I only took like 4 bites but I think it was my favorite steak n cheese ever. Also just great atmosphere. The dude who runs the bar is on point. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such genuine warmth and friendliness that it immediately set the tone for the entire visit. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, kept us informed during a busy time, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.

“I had an intimate birthday dinner at Uchi recently. This restaurant has been on my “want to go” list for quite some time, and I was not disappointed in the slightest. From the bold yet harmonious flavors of the nigiri to the delicious appetizers and small plates to the friendliness of the staff, I was so glad they opened up a location in Philadelphia. Highly, highly recommend. If I wasn’t from out of town, I’d be a regular.“

“The highlight of this restaurant was the atmosphere. Great service and a really nice place to have dinner. The food was good (with the meatballs as an excellent standout dish), but not up to the quality of the other Michelin bibs I’ve tried. “If you love matcha, you have to check this cafe out. The drinks have a very strong and real matcha taste, and they aren't too sweet. I ordered the strawberry coconut matcha latte (iced), and the strawberries tasted fresh, not a syrup or jam. The matcha foam is very nice and coconutty (does contain dairy). If you prefer very sweet, milky, artificial drinks, then this cafe is not the best choice; regardless, I am genuinely impressed at the quality.“
