Nice staff, great pastries, I like good ole drip coffee, but they also have seasonal flavored/themed ones that I see folks really like. They've a selection of gourmet canned goods, chocolate bars, preserves, and more.
Interesting use of outdoor lawn chairs for furniture (not sure how this works in wintertime).Plus, there is a good selection of non-coffee drinks and beverage accessories.And... a cortado served in a large GLASS tumbler! Delicious and classy!

So lucky to call Herman's my neighborhood coffee spot. There's inside and outside seating, and the market always has something weird and new. Bonus, there are usually Weckerly's ice cream sandwiches in the freezer.
