50 Best Chicken Wings in Philadelphia

“Super fun spot for those looking for something different. I love Indian food and they do an amazing job fusing ingredient dishes with pizza. I got the lamb kabob pie and it was awesome. Well spiced and the bake on the pie was great. My wife got a paneer pie and the texture was perfect. Drinks (soda/water) are very expensive, just a heads up.“

“OHH MAHHH GOODNESSS WHERE DO I BEGIN. I honestly can say I have had all types of fried chicken but this is the best SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN I EVER HAD HANDS DOWN!!! I’m not even cappin. I never had honey drizzled on my chicken before and it sent me. Combined with the butter milk ranch… ERRR MAHHH GAWDDDDDDD. If you don’t like it, I’ll eat it.“

“We were waiting at the Philadelphia station and we ordered pick up from CM Chicken. I chose the spicy garlic sauce. Hands down best fried chicken I’ve had! Can’t talk about the atmosphere of the shop since we didn’t dine.
They did not have their waffle fries, which was quite a bummer.“

“I thought their claim of hot chicken sandwich could be bogus? They are the truth & definitely a spot to take a hot chicken sandwich fan too.“

“Love East Coast Wings! We will be back soon“

“Great atmosphere Excellent Food!!“

“Wow what a great place! Great atmosphere, good food & the best beer on tap!! Highly recommended!“

“Great atmosphere and food.“

“FYI..Can not speak on atmosphere or service. This was delivery. 16oz Water bottle is there for size comparison. Tried the regular cheese pizza. (FORGOT THE NAME) The taste was different, sauce is kinda sweet. The crust was buttery. I actually liked it.

CON... I feel as though that's not enough pizza for $21-$30.“

“Can’t wait to try the chicken chaap . My absolute favorite“

“Their wings are different, different good. They are soft, not my normal, but they pull off the bone so easily. I had two orders back to back. The first order was cooked perfectly, second needed a tad bit more time, but they were still good. Butter cake is out of this world good. Another patron told me to try, and he steered me to heaven.“

“Great service and costumer service. Food—Consistent with flavor“

“their pizza steak and Buffalo wings are very good, tried biryani n loved it. it's boneless and taste authentic.“

“Some of the best food I’ve had here in Philly. Everything is fresh and has a unique flavor profile considering the owner makes his own rub mixes and sauces. Highly recommend to give everything on the menu a try, Atiq will not disappoint you 🔥🔥🔥“

“Grew up eating pizza there. They had some awesome pizza. we used to get it every Friday evening. You know they have been doing something right if they have been open that long. I'm almost 61 l.“

“A home away from home for Commanders fans living in Philadelphia. Old Bay is featured heavily on the menu, as it should be. They easily accommodated our walk in party of 14 and put up with us playing "Hail To The Redskins" on the jukebox repeatedly.

*To the couple Commanders fans who left negative reviews, that's not cool and you're missing the joke.*“

“Hello, I wasn’t sure because of the name but I’m glad I stopped. I had the Hibachi mix vegetable w chucks of chicken and nice size shrimp and fried rice, everything was deliciously fresh my rice was not sticky, and it came with a side salad, Thumps Up to #DrunkeCrab!! top off w a breath mint.“

“My kids took me to dinner there, I'm visiting from Texas. The food was so good. I'm recommending to anyone who will be visiting Pennsylvania.“

“Only reason I'm giving 4 stars for service is because they were packed on wing night and only had 1 server and 1 bartender and there was some kind of neighborhood meeting about parking or something going on, and there was also a fantasy draft upstairs. Our server and Bartender were running like crazy, so getting a side of mayo was a little tough.

But... the food 😋. To start, we got the Honey Caribbean Wings AND the Loaded Cheese Fries. (We were starving when we arrived!)They were nice sized wings, and were cooked to perfection. (I like my wings a little bit crispy) they were tossed in the sauce which was finger lickin good. The fries were LOADED. Like, smothered in toppings. We loved them and put a nice dent in them!

I got the Tap House Bacon Burger. Now, I am a burger girl and let me tell you, this baby did not disappoint(it never does) Two patties, layered with New Yorker cheese, the bacon was perf, just enough lettuce & tomato and I gotta have my mayo and ketchup! It was slammin! I saved half for lunch because I over indulged on the apps(which we also saved the 2nd half for lunch, lol! )

My partner chose the French Onion(cheesesteak). The roll was soft and stuffed with meat, provolone cheese and fried onions. Alone.. it was great, but they give you a small cup of French onion soup to dip in(or to pour on) and that was chef's kiss! A really friggen good steak! She also only finished half!

We both enjoyed a few draft beers with our meal and our check was about 80 bucks.

Wish I took pics, will do next time, because we will be back.. again and again!“

“Best fried chicken!! check out the "Ethiopian Crab Fries"!!!“

“This is an iconic neighborhood spot. Food is delicious and tastes just like it did when I was a kid in the 80's. Excellent waitress last night who did a terrific job. The ribs, stuffing, burgers, wings and corn muffins are amazing!!!! The space is nothing special but it is nostalgic if you grew up in NE Philly. Its a must try go to spot. We love RIB RACK!!!“

“Have had quite a few of their items and delish every single time. Highly recommend this place. Always going to be a stopping g point before or after the game“

“Absolutely amazing food!!! I recommend this place! Stop in and see what they have!“

“I love it at Starfusion fast and good food best combination.“

“cheesesteak made by Scott are the best“

“Just had their meat lovers Stromboli…..Fantastic!!“

“If you haven’t tried the “rolls,” you’re missing out. Take it from a dude with moobs. I know good food. I f$cks with food. The cheesesteak rolls are delicious to the point of ordering an extra one because you’ll be mad you didn’t get another one. The salmon rolls are, again, one of the reasons Chase’s is a little gem. It’s what makes Philadelphia a city claim passionately. This food is made with love and I love this food!“

“Donuts and coffee are amazing! This place ruins my diet but makes me happy! Keep up the good work! :)“

“I ordered the $30 meal deal on Friday. I had $60 cash on me. We ordered 2 pizzas, some wings, cinnamon sticks and a 2L bottle of soda. My plan was to pay with cash. The total was like $47. Be forewarned, if you place an order before 5pm (at least on a weekday), they use DoorDash to deliver their orders, NOT Pizza Hut delivery drivers. Long story short, I had $60 cash and was going to ask the driver for $5 back. Driver arrived without any soda nor dipping sauces for my wings. Driver also did NOT have any cash on them for me to get any change after tipping so I was NOT happy. I called the store themselves to let them know that my food was delivered but did NOT receive my soda nor any dipping sauces for my wings. The manager I spoke with was absolutely mortified that the DoorDash driver forgot my soda and didn’t have any change for the tip. She went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was rectified. Once the store’s delivery driver arrived at 5pm to Pizza Hut they sent me another large pizza and two bottles of soda as compensation for my bad experience and again they were so apologetic for the mistake. Shout out to the store manager for making things right. Will definitely order from them again, just not before 5pm. Thank you again Pizza Hut for making things right. I really appreciate it!“

“Wanted to try something different and everything that I saw coming from there had looked good and the smell made your stomach growl. I had the "stir frie noodles" with beef and the spicy 🌶 chicken wings. They were both wonderful! I throughly enjoyed my meal and would definitely go back there again! So glad I tried them!“

“Simply incredible. As I indulged in my dinner each bite exploded with flavor. Although I did not want to share, I gave a bit to my friends and they offered me money for additional bites. Declining, I disregarded my surroundings and shoveled more food in my mouth. Chicken and fries falling out of my mouth; I was nonverbal. The sauce dripped down my cheeks, it felt like heaven splurging on my face. When I reflect upon this endeavor, feelings of joy, appreciation and love cascade within me.“

“The customer service here at this location is impeccable especially since I came right before closing, and it didn’t help that I was indecisive. Everyone was very polite, and gave great recommendations and although it was the end of tonight I still seen big smiles and high energy. It was suggested for me to get the ghost pepper dry rub wings and they were hot, fresh and delicious!“

“We were visiting from our if state and found this place. The 3.9 starts were not making a lot of sense to me so we decided to try it anyway. The food was full of flavor, staff was amazing and the restaurant was clean.

We're putting this place in our list for our next visit.“

““Popeyes never disappoints! The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the biscuits are unbeatable. Service is quick, the food is fresh, and the portions are great for the price. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something delicious.”“

“Today I ordered Fish fried rice And Buffalo wings with fries My dinner for tonight and tomorrow night Wings are good cooked to my liking and I had a taste of my Fish fried rice 🤤 Thank you Cotton's Place shout out to the young lady who took my order always polite when I call and to the chefs they did not disappoint!! “Delicious wings!!! Good vibes and awesome mural in the restaurant.“

“Always a Wonderful Experience!
We come here every week, and it’s consistently amazing. The food is always delicious, and the service is truly exceptional. Seye and NGian are always pleasant. They go above and beyond every single time to make sure we have a great experience. Highly recommend!“

“How many Popeyes do you see on Google maps with a rating this high? NOT A LOT. This Popeyes is truly a special one. Everything is high quality from the bonafide chicken to the smart and hard working employees. Bet these employees make HONOR ROLL report card grades and earn good hourly pay because the food always ON POINT and they never have an attitude!“

“Basic burger place. Decent food. Some, but minimal, seating. People do mostly takeout so usually a place to sit for up to two people. Can't see the work area or employees much, it's got a high divider so it feels isolated if your into that. Nothing fancy if you're hankering a burger, but it's not bad.“

“Delicious food and great people. I ordered way too close to closing by accident. Even though they were slammed busy and about to close the service was world class and the food was perfect. I’m not ordering anywhere else from now on.“

“The Food was DELICIOUS, I Enjoyed every bite, We had a Birthday Brunch.for my Daughter's 46th Birthday it was AWSOME, Host, ON POINT, Loved it, I Live in Jersey, not to familiar with Philly, but I will come over here for their Food Any Day Loved it , 👍🏾♥️🍾🍣🍤🍚 Stuffe Lobster w/Crab Meat, Shrimp and Grits“

“Tried here with my for the first time yesterday. We ordered the family special and a stromboli and meatlovers pizza. I enjoyed the pizza and stromboli the most. The pizzas were nicely cooked, no burnt crusts and surprisingly wasnt oily. If only they can add in a bit more meat and stuffing into the stromboli and cheesesteak then this place will become a hit for my family. Looking forward to future improvements.“

“I’m already a loyal customer because their wings and pizza are consistently delicious, but tonight I tried their mushroom chicken cheesesteak… and wow. Absolutely incredible. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, loaded with mushrooms, and the cheese was melted just right. Every bite was on point.

What really keeps me coming back, though, is the service. They’re always friendly, professional, and make you feel appreciated as a customer. That kind of consistency is rare these days.

If you haven’t tried their cheesesteaks yet, you are seriously missing out. Queen Pizza has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!“

“The food is amazing. My family loves it. I love it“

“Excelente manera de aprender a preparar platos!“

“Recently, was looking for a breakfast spot with grits. The grits were creamy and delicious even after sitting awaiting for me to pick up my food. My main dish was chicken and waffles. Lee's Belgian waffle came with a side of powdered sugar to sprinkle atop your buttered and syrup covered waffles. I savored every sweet, semi- cake bite.“

“I hadn't eaten here in a long time because I'm not in the neighborhood often. I forgot how fresh & delicious their food is! I ordered the white meat, boneless wings with cajun dry rub & BBQ sauce on the side & fries. Their boneless wings are huge, handmade & juicy!! I barely ate 2 out of 7 & probably should've ordered less but I'll eat the leftovers. The fries also tasted freshly made & the perfect touch of crisp & not soggy. I enjoyed the total flavor profile & the atmosphere is cute with maybe a handful of tables so if you want to sit get there early or late. What I might change next time is to add the cajun rub to the fries (note: the pic of the fries is after I asked for some in a container to put on myself), & I'll probably try a different sauce because they have so many options for those of you that like dark meat, they have that option as well. The woman that waited on me couldn't have been nicer. In a way I'm glad I'm not in this neighborhood often. You shouldn't eat (even fresh homemade) fried chicken every day.“

“like the takoyaki and brown sugar bobba 🤩“
