“I have been wanting to try this place for a while and when I remember they are either closed or sold out (I’m late to everything lol) Well we finally ordered today. My husband had the plain steak (he’s so boring🤣🤣) I had the Broadstreet and my son had the BG55. OMG, everything was delicious!! And the rolls were filled! No skimping on the meat here! “My second time at the establishment and it was just as excellent as my first. For me, hands down the best Manhattan in Philadelphia. And it was as good as my first.

I only ate French fries at my first visit having brunched earlier in Manayunk and they also were just as delicious. The Taphouse bacon burger was divine. Just the best mix of crispy edges, gooey cheese, fresh & delicious tomatoes (rare for January in the NE! ) and possibly a common , happy problem to have, SO much food. “I ordered the $30 meal deal on Friday. I had $60 cash on me. We ordered 2 pizzas, some wings, cinnamon sticks and a 2L bottle of soda. My plan was to pay with cash. The total was like $47. Be forewarned, if you place an order before 5pm (at least on a weekday), they use DoorDash to deliver their orders, NOT Pizza Hut delivery drivers. Long story short, I had $60 cash and was going to ask the driver for $5 back. Driver arrived without any soda nor dipping sauces for my wings. Driver also did NOT have any cash on them for me to get any change after tipping so I was NOT happy. I called the store themselves to let them know that my food was delivered but did NOT receive my soda nor any dipping sauces for my wings. The manager I spoke with was absolutely mortified that the DoorDash driver forgot my soda and didn’t have any change for the tip. She went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was rectified. Once the store’s delivery driver arrived at 5pm to Pizza Hut they sent me another large pizza and two bottles of soda as compensation for my bad experience and again they were so apologetic for the mistake. Shout out to the store manager for making things right. Will definitely order from them again, just not before 5pm. Thank you again Pizza Hut for making things right. I really appreciate it!“

“This is one of my favorite quick or fast food places to eat despite the occasionally solicitation of the poor and homeless in the area.
The operators are always patient and tolerant.
My favorite is the fish being pescatarian now and the fries are great too.
The bathroom although tidy, well supplied and not stinking, is dingy in there which I sometime correlate to the food but so far, so good.
This will remain my favorite spot to go and get fried fish and the cost is not that bad either.“

Lee's Belgian waffle came with a side of powdered sugar to sprinkle atop your buttered and syrup covered waffles. I savored every sweet, semi- cake bite.“

“The man who worked there was incredibly nice, gave me free samples while I waited and was obviously incredibly proud of what he does. He also was interested in me and what I did and where I was from.

The food itself is incredibly seasoned, very fresh, and some of the crispiest food I’ve ever eaten. It’s like eating homemade food it’s incredibly goo. I also really like that its prices are incredibly affordable.
