“Better than “Asad’s Hot Chicken” hands down baaabbbyyyyyy!!!!!!!! The sandwich is heavy when you pick it up too! The flavor is everything, and the coleslaw on the chicken sandwich is fire. Now I dnt even like but the one this place makes is great. Only thing I would say, is to use purple cabbage instead of green for a little variety of color in the sandwich, and to add a little more acidity into the coleslaw as well but you still get that acid from the huge pickles on the sandwich anyway. The fries are exceptionally seasoned, unlike Asad’s fries, which are plain. Their dipping sauce is really good it’s nice and sweet. Which pair is very well with the spiciness of the chicken and fries. The chicken is very moist. Just melts in your mouth lol. they use brioche buns for the chicken sandwiches, which are a very nice fluffy and flavorful bread. Everything about this fried chicken branch is above and beyond. I will be coming back again to try their honey hot wings!!! This place even have chicken tacos. I highly recommend this to anyone living in Philadelphia. Especially those Asad’s Hot Chicken lovers. Yall don’t know what y’all are missing!“

“You won’t find better food. Worth any amount of travel and the people are amazing. Very kind staff, the sauce is ACTUALLY GOOD! It’s not just a mix of mayo and ketchup or hot sauce. “Very yummy and fresh. As you can see in the pic of the burger, I bit it already so you can see the lettuce, mayo, tomatoes and onion are crunchy fresh! Love their buns too they have a slight buttery texture to them, but you have to eat them while they’re still hot! Coleslaw is good too. Also I did get with my order of chicken tenders(5)a bowl of potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit, it was all very good food. Love that the mashed potatoes were not that nasty box stuff you get from other places, I can see a couple of micro potato skins in there so I know they made it from scratch! I would suggest however that if you hop by this place do remind them to get you some condiments and napkins. Very good food for the price.“

“10’s across the board!!!!!! everything was so delicious and flavorful. the flavors are thoughtfully put together. a group of friends and myself bought some of everything and were impressed with everything. the wishbone special sauce is savory, mildly spicy and downright delicious. the mac and cheese is addicting. truffle fries are a HIT (and i don’t like truffle). the citrus honey butter was a interesting and explosive mix with the jalapeño corn bread. the whole grain mustard in the potato salad was gorgeous. “I came upon another "KKC" Fried Chicken establishment, this time inside of a Sunoco Gas Station in Southwest Philly. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is a quick serv fresh fried chicken franchise. I've found their chicken portions are way bigger with less breading than a Popeyes. Their chicken only comes in one flavor which has a little bit of spicy kick.The staff at the store was nice and quick to help me out. I've always gone with their tenders which have always been pretty fresh and tasty. The biscuits are decent and the wings they had out looked delicious. I'll have to give them a try next visit. They have an open air cooler for cold chicken meals to go. The manager told me that they sell well on EBT. The sides they offered looked decent, mac and cheese, jumbalaya (i've had before it's good) and mashed potato's (not as good as popeyes, but ok). The manager was in the store so he gave me a quick run down. They receive the chicken in fresh - white meat, dark meat so wings, breasts, thighs etc. and prepare it all in the back - from flour and seasoning to frying it and then putting it out in a warmer. Looked like a quick and efficient setup, kept clean by the staff. The gas prices at this Sunoco are always the lowest and the manager told me they have grubhub and Ubereats available. Not the best neighborhood, but the chicken was good!“
“Got me some chicken and a few beef patties. The store was clean and organized. The staff was very nice and funny. He had me and my wife laughing. The food was good n hot he made us some fresh patties and two extra chicken wings. All the service was good . No problems here“
“Just so that you know it is a street cart and not a brick and mortar place. This kind of places remind me my old days when I used to work in one of this during my master in NJ. Food was ok and prices are always reasonable in such a cart. Chicken could have been more chopped and juicy. Overall it was a decent lunch.“
