“OHH MAHHH GOODNESSS WHERE DO I BEGIN. I honestly can say I have had all types of fried chicken but this is the best SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN I EVER HAD HANDS DOWN!!! I’m not even cappin. I never had honey drizzled on my chicken before and it sent me. Combined with the butter milk ranch… ERRR MAHHH GAWDDDDDDD. If you don’t like it, I’ll eat it.“

“We were waiting at the Philadelphia station and we ordered pick up from CM Chicken. I chose the spicy garlic sauce. Hands down best fried chicken I’ve had! Can’t talk about the atmosphere of the shop since we didn’t dine.
They did not have their waffle fries, which was quite a bummer.“

“I wanted to try something new and I decided to try Nanu's Hot Chicken, I couldn't believe how good it was, the chicken was so tender. I am 100% delighted“

“I ordered because I was close and felt my sugar dropping so I needed something quick. I didn’t realize it was located in a gas station, but what a pleasant surprise! 😳

This is comfort food by definition, even better that it’s portioned well, reasonably priced, and served quickly. Delicious! 😋 I recommend the sandwich, fries, and chocolate smoothie. I would frequent Nanu’s if I were local.“

“I can’t even lie — Hot Clux got one of the best chicken sandwiches in the city. I’ve been there multiple times and they stay consistent every visit, no matter which location you pull up to.

My go-to is the Loaded Dirty Bird Special. That joint is seriously one of the best things on the whole menu — packed with flavor, filling, and just hits every time. If you don’t know what to order your first time, start there. Trust.

They also got great drinks to pair with your meal, and the quality of the food is always on point. Never had a sloppy or disappointing order from them.

If you just want a top-tier chicken sandwich spot that’s halal, this is definitely one of them. Straight up — super fire, and the fact it’s halal makes it even more“

“ordered from here late at night after a concert. food was delivered quickly and was delicious. I got the doctor #5 😊“

“I wanted to try something new and I decided to try Nanu's Hot Chicken, I couldn't believe how good it was, the chicken was so tender. I am 100% delighted“

“New local halal food spot located on Cottman Ave near Castor Ave by the Sunoco gas station. Reasonably priced fresh food platters with a variety of tasty choices to choose from some as low as $5! $5 is a great price for those on a budget. I got the Mac and cheese/ fried chicken combo and the sauce it comes with is so yummy! It was pretty good. Also got the fish over rice with the garlic sauce it comes with a small salad as well. Fish was lightly breaded and cooked well. I will visit this spot again for sure to try out the other menu items!“

“Simply incredible. As I indulged in my dinner each bite exploded with flavor. Although I did not want to share, I gave a bit to my friends and they offered me money for additional bites. Declining, I disregarded my surroundings and shoveled more food in my mouth. Chicken and fries falling out of my mouth; I was nonverbal. The sauce dripped down my cheeks, it felt like heaven splurging on my face. When I reflect upon this endeavor, feelings of joy, appreciation and love cascade within me.“

“Actually just got finished eating my food. They feed you like grandma lol they make sure you not hungry after; not like when u go to McDonald's or something and u b hungry right after I always b full after. Food is great and tonight just tried their smoothie and I'm sorry they got smoothie king beat ! They are a lil pricey thou.“

“They are really a hot up and coming small fast food joint opens late night until the morning and the food is good, my favorite is number 1, the bread is fresh and soft chicken grilled. The customer service is great and it's my favorite spot late night. Why go to McDonald's when there's nanu?“

“We were visiting from our if state and found this place. The 3.9 starts were not making a lot of sense to me so we decided to try it anyway. The food was full of flavor, staff was amazing and the restaurant was clean.

We're putting this place in our list for our next visit.“

“How many Popeyes do you see on Google maps with a rating this high? NOT A LOT. This Popeyes is truly a special one. Everything is high quality from the bonafide chicken to the smart and hard working employees. Bet these employees make HONOR ROLL report card grades and earn good hourly pay because the food always ON POINT and they never have an attitude!“

“My family has been to multiple Jollibee locations in the past, and this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had at one. The food came out less than five minutes after we ordered, and the service was excellent. We asked about the menu before ordering and one of the workers (her tag read “Gina”) answered very quick, polite, and friendly. She was very helpful.“

“I am a real fiend for loaded fries and I've tried just about every loaded fry offering on this block, this is the best one. A lotta places are alright but they don't use the right fries and the whole thing gets soggy. Here everything stays crispy. Flavored great too and they don't screw you on how much cheese they give. Super nice staff as well.“

“The food is amazing. My family loves it. I love it“

“I had an excellent experience at the Torresdale Popeyes! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the ordering process quick and easy. My food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor—the signature fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, just as I hoped. The sides were generous and delicious, especially the mashed potatoes and Cajun fries. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dining in or picking up. Overall, this Popeyes location consistently delivers great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!“

“Sooooo tasty! Definitely a generous portion of comfort food! If you like spice, my favorite is the Chicken, Lamb and Rice with red (hot) and white sauce. With or without the hot sauce it is excellent! Fast and accommodating - I called ahead and my order of 6 platters and 8 gyros was ready for me when I arrived.“

“Late cold night. Glad to find a spot open and good chicken and Mac and cheese. Cool ppl working there!!!“

“I love chinese food period. But I like this hood corner chinese store because they have thee best chicken wings ever! They also have these tempura shrimp on a stick that are delicious! You get 5 ok sized shrimp in a batter for a dollar. Pricing is good too.“

“Very kind people they all treat me with respect and the food is just very good. I always order the cheesesteak combo from here and I gotta say it’s the best cheesesteak around the area, also the best crown fried philly, compared to others this isn’t dry and it haves a good amount of steak.“

“The chicken sandwich here has become my go-to lunch order, and I'm not disappointed yet. The breading stays crispy even after the ten-minute drive home, which is honestly rare for fast food. Service was quick during a moderately busy Tuesday evening, and the cashier got my order right without me repeating myself twice. Red beans and rice as a side is an underrated choice compared to the fries. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the lobby seating felt a bit sticky and could use more frequent wiping down. Still, for the price and speed, this place beats most quick-service chicken spots nearby. Would recommend swinging by if you're craving something spicy and crunchy without a long wait.“

“The crispy spicy with the elementary spicy is A1. Truffle fries one of the best around and great service“

“I love Popeyes! Great chicken and sides! Chicken is always nice and hot and biscuits are buttery and flakey. Chicken is crunchy. Just the way I like it!“

“Fast, fresh hot and friendly! The women working today on 6 April for the lunch rush were great! Efficient, friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend. And the 🍓🍋🔥 the strawberry lemonade is out of this world.“

“I know it’s kinda weird to see a review for fast food restaurants, but honestly I think this is the best Popeyes in the city. Consistently better made food and better service than other Popeyes I’ve been to. Sometimes yk they’ll make mistakes here and there but it’s fast food. Nice staff, peaceful lil spot on Spring Garden.Thank you Popeyes workers who work here if you see this!!“

“Food is pretty good, prices are good as well, but the sheer variety you get is AMAZING. From chicken to nuggets, to fish, to need patties. . . And how you can mix and match is great too, with the many sides. My kids are picky, but we can all find something we like at Crown's.“

“I was waiting on the 39 bus and I decided to check there chicken sandwich out and let me tell you it was very delicious when I start biting in mine I mean it looks so good to the people that other people online what changing their orders and getting what I had so have you ever stopped by tell him to Guy ? snap sent you you won't be upset at all i went back and got chicken wings and they were extra good and season just perfect night school in brown skin complexion it was so crunchy and juicy almost didn't even need a soft drink so you go by you check it out remember God bless you all“

“Stopped in after a friend suggested the food. We'll they did not disappoint at all!!!! The service was amazing, betweenthe staff and the food was even better! “Tex's Chicken & Burgers location on Woodland Ave has good staff members that prepare the food with care about quality and quantity. They make sure you have enough food for what you have paid for. The store has plenty of seating area and also a side parking for their own customers. Keep up the good work 👍“

“I am always satisfied when I come here- the service is always fast and friendly. They only have a few booths but they always seem to have one open when I choose to dine in. The drive thru is always popular but moves really quickly. And it’s always clean inside. Great place for a fast food option on Broad Street. Thanks for all your hard work to all of you at Popeyes!“

“I had a taste for some Popeye's Chicken 2nite. I ordered a spicey breast & biscuit. The sales girl, who was nice, gave me a nice, large piece & biscuit & Honey. That hit the spot. I am full and satisfied. I had a nice, pleasant experience at this Popeye's restaurant. ☺👍💯✔“

“This Place has been getting better. The manager Mohammad is really professional and well mannered. He handle the customer complaint in a very respectful way and resolved the issue within seconds. First time seeing a manager with polite attitude.“

“buen servicio y la comida de calidad“

“Best chicken for taste, quality, and quantity for the price! One of the main reasons I don't frequent KFC as often as I used to is the high cost. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is the perfect cost effective way to have your chicken and eat it too.“

“I am not the kind of person who would normally even consider eating at a place inside a gas station. But when I saw a line of Uber Eats drivers waiting for pickup, I was intrigued enough to give it a try. I’m glad I did. The chicken is truly excellent, and my kids are completely addicted to the chicken nuggets. This sounds crazy , but it’s really really good.“
