Brazas BBQ Chicken is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and amazing service. The dark meat of the chicken is particularly flavorful, though if you prefer less salty food, the white meat is recommended. The beans could use a bit more salt. The maduros are cooked perfectly and come in a generous portion. Both the green and red sauces are spicy and delicious, with the green sauce adding a bright flavor to the meal. The salad comes with a dairy-based sauce, so those with dairy restrictions should request no sauce. Unfortunately, tres leches is no longer available. The servers are polite and friendly, and the restaurant even offers free BYOB with no corking fee. It's a shame that the restaurant is not often busy, as it deserves more patronage.
