“My family had a wonderful time here for my son's 11th birthday! He wanted to try out the hibachi experience, so we reserved a hibachi table. There was another family at the table across from us enjoying a meal as well. The food was incredible (though not one of us managed to catch a piece of it in our mouths), my husband said it was the best meal he's had all year. The hibachi room is decorated with murals of video game & cartoon characters like Mario & SpongeBob, which was great because my son is a gamer. We brought a birthday cake in with us, and the other family joined in to sing "Happy Birthday" & shared his cake with us. The service was great. “Longhorn’s on City Avenue is always crowded. Last time I was there…late night…the people looked liked Walmart people…I saw Daisy dukes…a young boy with a button down shirt open like he was Don Juan and weird looking people with triple stomachs in tight clothing who didn’t own a mirror. The food was good…service eh…they seemed really busy…I will opt for an earlier time..this isn’t Steak48 for sure…but the bill will be one third of it.“

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Riley K was the best server we’ve had at a restaurant in a while, we basically let him order for us and he hit it out of the park. It would be wise to request him if you can. His knowledge and passion for the food is exceptional. He certainly made the experience one to remember. The Dorade was amazing, the skirt steak also incredible. The brown sugar ice cream is 10/10. Not a single thing hit our table that we weren’t 100% impressed with. The after dinner drink he suggested was perfect. Monte negro or something I can’t remember but it’s wonderful. He will take care of you.“

“All the rave reviews are true! I visited with a friend from out of town and we had a feast of our favorites. Nearly everything on the menu is vegan, and it was hard to choose! The lunch special is a fantastic value and includes soup and a spring roll. We chose the miso soup, which we agreed is the most flavorful we've ever had. The staff are friendly and really helpful, and the food came out really fast - truly cooked to order. And, as if that weren't enough, the prices are incredibly reasonable. 10/10. “We dined here while visiting Philly for the weekend. We managed to walk in, but the restaurant is small and intimate so a reservation is probably best. It is also BYOB, so remember to bring a bottle of wine if you want something to drink.

The menu is clearly marked with gluten-free options, making ordering easy. Our server asked about allergies upfront and was confident handling the request when we noted my partner has Celiac (we mentioned it as a gluten allergy to the staff). We ordered the seared duck leg confit and the steak au poivre, and both were excellent. My partner had no symptoms the following day. We did not ask specific questions about shared kitchen space, but the clear labeling and great atmosphere made for an excellent dinner.“
