“We went to Haddonfield for lunch this week, and the restaurant we were intending to visit had closed outside of their normal hours. We ended up going to Umile, and it was a great surprise.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a residential building with an intimate seating area. The kitchen is right in the same room, so you can hear the orders being called out.
We started with the fried mozzarella and arancini. Both were excellent; the arancini had a great meat sauce, and the fried mozzarella featured sweet peppers in the sauce which was a wonderful touch.
For the entrees, we split a 12” “Bianca” pizza and the Wildfeather Paccheri Alla Vodka. The pizza was crisp with a good crust, and the fresh garlic was great. The paccheri was delicious, featuring a flavorful sauce with ribboned pepperoni, shallots, and chili flakes for a bit of a kick.
Overall, it was a wonderful meal. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Just note that they do not serve alcohol, but they do have a small drink selection.
We will definitely be back next time we’re in Haddonfield!“

“Connie can and will make anything you want. I asked her for an egg salad sandwich/ hoagie a couple months ago and now it’s one on my favorites, ton of eggs and seasoning that is just right.“

“This was a comeback after 6 years. We had lived in Haddonfield for 9 months in 2018, because of an adoption, and we where a lot here at the time. So we had to re-visit the restaurant again. Everything was great again, and when we asked mayonaise for our son, because else he didn't like his fries, they put it on the burger, which should be just the bun and the meat. (because our son also didn't like the sauce, veggies and cheese on it. But they just did the whole thing over again. I felt ashamed, but they said no worries! And the food there is great! Large portions, deliciously made food...what's more to want? When we go back to the USA again in a few years, this one will be on our list automatically, I can promise you. My wife also got her things to pick, she has diabetes type 2, and she could create her own meal there and it was prepared well!“

“Bruno’s has the best pizza for miles around. Although the pizza is good to take away, it’s best enjoyed on premises. The tomato pie is excellent. Their dining service is great and really makes up for the lack of atmosphere in the dining area.
Vegetarian options: Vegans can really enjoy the tomato pie.“
“I was sitting having a beer and chatting with Tom and Alicia, two wonderful staff members, and realized I have been remiss in not calling out the wonderful staff at this bar. I generally come around happy hour time and see folks like Alex, Emmett, Gabby, and of course Tom and Alicia - and I’m always delighted by their presence and find the service and quality excellent.“

“This place not only has phenomenal pizza, fries & wings, then they add cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks, like can I say heaven!!! They are amazing all around, super friendly and always hot and fresh when we pick up. They added a family deal, one deep dish cheese pie, a large cheese pie, a large ceaser salad and an order of fries for 50.00!!! Like WHAT!!! If you haven't been here yet, RUN, don't walk!! Will be back very soon!!“

“Great neighborhood spot in Rittenhouse — awesome vibe, fantastic service. Caesar salad with chicken was a must-order, and the white pizza with olives and mushrooms was cooked to perfection. But the real standout? Their natural wine list — beautifully curated with so many interesting bottles to try. Everything here is done really well. Will definitely be back when in the area. Highly recommend!“

“The staff and patrons were all amazing! I felt the brotherly love Philly and the grease was on the bag before I opened it; so that was a good sign! I got the Chicken Cheesesteak my friend got the beef. Meat was seasoned and cut up nicely; however, the onions were laid on top of the meat in the hoagie and not chopped up with the meat. I think chopping them up together makes a more cohesive hoagie. Would also like to add bell peppers and not just hot peppers. The bread was also a little thick and made the hoagie harder to bite and more chewy. I toasted the bread later and that helped make it easier to chew. The bathroom was a tiny room, but Im glad they had one and it was fully stocked with toilet paper. Super cute establishment.“

“Super fun spot for those looking for something different. I love Indian food and they do an amazing job fusing ingredient dishes with pizza. I got the lamb kabob pie and it was awesome. Well spiced and the bake on the pie was great. My wife got a paneer pie and the texture was perfect. Drinks (soda/water) are very expensive, just a heads up.“

“Pizza was very good! Ordered a large “Vinny” and it was ready after about 20 min. We ordered walk-in, so the wait time was a little longer considering there were only 2 employees, and we brought many customers. The cashier was very helpful and patient when the group was attempting to use visa gift cards to pay for orders. My only problem is that two orders within the group were made incorrectly. One, a small pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni, was made entirely with pepperoni. The other, a large pizza, was made as a small. These inconveniences were handled very well by the staff who offered to remake the pizzas, but the added wait almost made it not worth it. Overall good experience and great pizza!“

“I just attended my niece's graduation party there. AMAZING PIZZA !!!! They put out a variety of pizzas on a buffet table. A crispy crust (I went right for the corner pieces) with cheese down 1st. I enjoyed them all, but my favorites were the sausage, the pepperoni, the white pie with onions pork belly and sprouts and the spinach and ricotta. Can't wait to go back !!!“

“The food was very decent tasting, it could
Have been a little hotter as I was waiting for it and received it the minute it was finished but it was t very hit. The loaded potatoes were also slightly under cooked, not quite raw but also too firm to cut with the plastic knife“

“Food, price and service were good. The wasn't a lot of seating for guest, between the pick delivery guys and non-custoners off the street just hanging out seating was difficult.
But overall good food and variety 😋.“

“My Daughters and I went to Pazzo Pizza for the 1st time on Friday night. I love the fact that they are open till 1 AM- it’s very convenient for when you’re looking for food on the late night. The pizza was very good. It was about $20. We had a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pazzo special. It was delish💯💯. We finished the whole box and I will definitely go back! 😋
Thanks Pazzo👍🏽“

“First timer. Saw a review on the place and decided I needed to try the panzarotti. While there picked up a large pizza too. I enjoyed both. Panzarotti is the closest I've had to what I grew up on in Cherry Hill since the 80's. Place is dated but to me that speaks pizza. It's been around as long as it has for a reason. Smelled like a good old fashioned pizza joint as I remember, before the conveyor belt places popped up. Definitely on the visit again soon map. Maybe winter time so it'll be comfortable eating in. Keep doing what you are doing John.“
“It's actually a bit bigger than the Little Italy in NYC and a bit different. Definitely worth an hour or 2 of walking through if you're visiting Philly. Lots of great produce being sold on the streets and sidewalks. A bunch of great italian restaurants and shops carrying imported ingredients that will make your cooking thay much better. Everyone is nice even if they don't seem to be, hah. You just have to realize that some of these workers are so amazing that they work at lighting speed by habit. Some may seem a bit cold while they ask what you want from behind a counter, but you'll get a smile in the process. Great people, great food, and a fun experience walking arounf the neighborhood. Do a lap first and take mental notes of places you want to go into during the 2nd lap!“

“I’ve been coming here since 1964 and it’s still just as good! Hands down- best pizza in Philadelphia! The brothers/brothers in law have retired, but one of the sons is carrying the legacy forward. All they sell is pizza and soda, and only beef and beef pepperoni toppings. It’s no frills, but worth the ride I make every so often from Chestnut Hill. I only wished they took credit cards and stayed open later, but I understand. If you’re a pizza snob like me, do yourself a favor and try King of Pizza?“

“We just ate here with my our 4 kids 7 and under and can’t say enough nice things about this restaurant. The staff were so kind and accommodating to our family. They totally understand the challenges of eating out with so many small people and made sure food orders were put in quickly. And the food… we are from NY and loved the pizza and the meatball. If you are looking for a family friendly, warm, delicious pizza restaurant this is your choice.“
