The gluten free crust is the best since going gluten free, with a thicker crust that has great texture like a normal pizza would. The gluten free pizza is exceptional, not crumbly or taste bland, and doesn’t fall apart. The gluten free mozzarella sticks are FAT and cheesey and don't taste like trash. Truly the best gluten free chicken fingers are fresh and tender every time. The arugula salad comes with a lemon vinaigrette that was tart and tasty. This place is not cheap but that's for good reason. It is super safe and conscientious for people with celiac, with a gluten safe kitchen. The owner personally came out to talk about all the precautions taken. Customer service is top notch. One customer reported a food poisoning incident with the mushroom pizza, but the team is very caring and reimbursed for the inconvenience. This is an absolute must try for any celiacs in the area.
