I have been coming to Indeblue since they were in Collingswood and I can tell you that the food has always been delicious and consistent. They are the best Indian restaurant in South Jersey. If I could order one last dish before i died it would be the shrimp moilee. You will never be disappointed with your food. Go and enjoy yourself.
Food was very good and the waiter we had was very kind. The chef personally came and checked in on if we enjoyed the food. This place is the perfect blend of traditional and modern take of Indian food.The only thing I have to say is don't do walk-ins at peak days. We did one and wanted about an hour to get the seating we wanted. Plan ahead and make reservations to avoid this. We are definitely coming back with the rest of the family for the tasting menu.

I couldn't speak more highly of Inde Blue. I’ve been a patron of this restaurant for many years at all of their locations and was so excited when they came back to NJ. They have remained consistent in the quality of their food options. My husband and I will continue to frequent them for many years to come.
