I have been coming to Indeblue since they were in Collingswood and I can tell you that the food has always been delicious and consistent. They are the best Indian restaurant in South Jersey. If I could order one last dish before i died it would be the shrimp moilee. You will never be disappointed with your food. Go and enjoy yourself.

Food was very good and the waiter we had was very kind. The chef personally came and checked in on if we enjoyed the food. This place is the perfect blend of traditional and modern take of Indian food.The only thing I have to say is don't do walk-ins at peak days. We did one and wanted about an hour to get the seating we wanted. Plan ahead and make reservations to avoid this. We are definitely coming back with the rest of the family for the tasting menu.

The crispy spinach was phenomenal. The drinks were subpar the mint rose lemonade tasted like sugar and rose. The cold chai was not giving India it was giving watered down. The keer was weirdly dry even though it's a wet food and flavorless. Naan was good. Decorations were really pretty. The lady. As much as I wanted to love this place because of the style ambiance, that's pretty much where the greatness ended. And the lady at the front was not welcoming. I would recommend trying the food but the drinks were a no. Could be a hit or miss depending on what u order. Hopefully yall can take constructive criticism. Lady was not friendly ruined the vibe.

Stopped at Indeblue for a celebratory meal. What a treat! The food was amazing, the service was fantastic! Absolutely loved it. Had the crispy spinach salad. It was delicious. Followed by lamb March masala, which had just the right amount of heat, and the chicken kesar pusta korma. The lasooni was also delicious. Loved it all! We will definitely return and try some other dishes.

Honored our reservation foeckr 6 persons. Food was tasty but lacked some flavor. Service ok. Thing that really upset me was they added a 22% tip to the check without asking. I told the waiter to reduce it to 20% but he never did. Not nice not going back so fast. Nimit indian restaurant much better.

Food was great service was excellent but the atmosphere is terrible. If you are thinking about this being a nice place to have a date night you would be wrong. It was so loud you couldn't even have a conversation. The music was more like a dance club rather than a fine dining establishment. If the atmosphere was more chill we would go back but at the prices I expected a nice dinner out but what I got was a club vibe and a headache.
