Great customer service. Received a delivery order with a missing item. Contacted the store and someone was over right away to bring me what I missed. I believe it was the manager I could be wrong but he was so sweet and wanted to make sure I was happy!
My order was taken by Isabella she was very polite, friendly and professional. I ordered the french fries because I love them they came out fresh and the box was packed.
Always clean and helpful service! One of the only places where I don’t feel like an inconvenience with my kids. Food is always on point and the people who work there are super kind.

The Chick-fil-A in Deptford Mall is always busy, with a line of customers waiting to enjoy their delicious food. Despite the small area in the food court, it is worth the wait. The employees are great, and the food is consistently good. The waffle fries could be hotter and crisper, but the overall experience is still enjoyable.
The steak dish is a standout, with the cook putting in exceptional effort to prepare it perfectly. The customer service is also excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
