“I am new to the cheesesteaks here even though I was born and raised in South Jersey. I was today years old when I first had a cheesesteak with onions. Excellent moist but not soggy sandwich and love the roll! My first Donkey's sandwich will NOT be my last!! Yummy!!”

“No pictures because the food hit the table at home and we immediately forgot all about our phones 😂 On a whim I was craving fish tacos, searched Google, found La Ingrata and headed over. Let me tell you… absolutely worth it. The food was a solid 10/10. The taco pizza was unreal and the fish tacos were honestly to die for. Fresh, flavorful, and one of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave. We ordered takeout, and while we waited for our food, we sat down and ended up chatting with the family. The owners’ 4-year-old daughter came and sat next to us, and if you know me, you know I’m all about the kiddos. Holding her little pile of tip coins and her pack of stickers, we somehow got into conversations about trains, numbers, birthdays… and found out ours are one day apart. Clearly we vibed because Virgos do things like that 😂 The owners came over and talked with us about business, and as food truck owners ourselves, my boyfriend and I instantly connected with them. Beyond the amazing food was just a hardworking family trying to make it, just like the rest of us. Seeing the next generation sitting right there alongside their parents, learning and growing in the middle of it all, was really the icing on the cake for me. Support family businesses. Support people chasing dreams. And definitely go get those fish tacos.”

“If you’re looking for amazing authentic Puerto Rican food, Freddy’s is the place to get it. While I have been to a few other spots, Freddy’s has the taste of Puerto Rico in every dish I’ve tried. The mofongo, arroz con pollo and lechon asado and you can not leave without a mango smoothie! A must have if you want to know what it tastes like if you could stick a straw directly into a mango and drink from it. The only con I’d mention is the location and parking is limited in the parking lot. Although there is side street parking if necessary”

Mac & Cheese, Yams , Seasoned Rice, with a drink for $35.00 Everything thing was Delicious, chef's kiss, including the ice tea and lemonade. Chris took care of me. Chris had this southern warm hospitality that you don't see often . I will definitely be back ❤️”

“I stopped in the evening of this review (4/15/26) for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a pizza steak with provolone cheese, a side of waffle fries and got a bottle of lemonade all for under$20.00. The steak, cheese and sauce were mixed together perfectly for my sandwich, the fries had a really good crunch to them as well. Everything came out hot and in only a few minutes as they weren't busy. I would definitely recommend Frank's to others and I will also order from them again.”

“This is Rocco's ! What's there to say ? As always nothing short of fast friendly and deliciously fabulous. Over 50 years family business. What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. A popular neighborhood staple but if you don't live in the direct area definitely worth a little ride for take out. ♥️ They are take out and delivery but they do have a small counter seating and both that many like to frequent.”

Millie personally attended to my needs and was both kind and professional throughout my communication with her. She even followed up afterwards to make sure we enjoyed the food which truly showed how much she cares about her customers. Walking through the restaurant to pick up my food I observed the ambience, it was beautifully thought out, relaxing, and welcoming. You can tell a lot of love and attention was put into creating such a warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Millie‘s kitchen and look forward to visiting again.”

I still risk going there on that off chance, especially for the lunch specials. ~$7 a good-sized portion of rice and meat/veggies, and a can of soda. Take-out only and I always pay with cash.”

“What more can I say about this establishment. I was blessed to be in the presence of the owner and daughter of this reputable Italian restaurant. When I arrived to the place, I didn't think much of it. I thought it was just another place to buy a cheesesteak. But oh no, was I caught off guard and was very surprised.

I was greeted very well by both, Mr. Vito(aka. "Bert" as everyone calls him) and his daughter. I went to the easy-to-read menu board and ordered a cheesesteak with fries. While I was waiting on my food, I started talking to Mr. Vito (who doesn't like to be called mister) and his daughter and the stories he told me were amazing.

I love the father and daughter interaction while he was telling me his story, and I love how his daughter was backing up his stories. Mr. Vito explained to me about his cooking methods and how he preps for the day, and while I was waiting on my food to be prepared, Mr. Vito showed me the way he cooks.

His daughter is a real salesman, she introduced me to her father's newest creation, "The Vegi Chicken Burger." It's made from real chicken where he pulls out all the fat and other parts of the chicken.

Anyway, I ordered the Vegi Chicken Burger and it was so good. This chicken burger is not a regular chicken patty that you get from some grocery store or food warehouse, this chicken burger is made in house and it's a perfectly thick portion of a patty.

If you need to change how you eat and want food that will not raise your blood pressure, (Vito told me that he does not add seasonings to his food but will add seasoning upon request) then I suggest you come down to Bert's Steak & Sub House, a real and authentic Italian Restaurant.”

“So I came across this spot from a Facebook page. Think his name was JL Jupiter, I hope I didn’t chop his name up. I ordered the same exact platter he had and boy was it SLAPPING!!! Chicken was crispy even with the sauce and they were some of the best plantains I’ve ever gotten from a Chinese store they were so fresh! So I went here twice once during the day and the atmosphere was fine. The store was quiet and very clean. I then went at night with my son and there were people inside eating cool it’s obviously addicts, not judging but driving all the way there to pick up my food and seeing people sitting inside eating with open sores kinda turned my stomach. However, that half an hour drive wasn’t going to go to waste. I just said my grace real good!!

“I’m in Camden about twice a year in business. San Lucas is my favorite place to eat - I go at least once each trip. You must try the Viejo San Lucas with cactus leaf, and the melon agua fresca can’t be beat! And the desserts… good God, you must try the desserts! If they have cheesecake when you visit, do NOT miss it!! The food is plentiful - enough for the next dinner or at least the next day’s breakfast! Thankful for a fridge in the hotel room. My project is wrapping up 😢 and I’m going to need to find reasons to fly up to Camden!!”
