“I had a problem that occurred at this location & the manager Kea immediately took care of me. As a manager, she showed amazing customer service and rectify my problem right away. “I want to know about 7:30 nice and clean there was two people in the restaurant eating I realized that a couple of were employees on their breaks which is fine but I was the only one there at the counter for order and it took about 1 minute 30 seconds I would say for someone to notice me but it could have been busy I'm trying to be as unbiased as I can once I got service though very polite I also have to account for drive-thru online orders which most people probably don't notice at the end of the day the fries were excellent the Sprite was good the mcchicken sandwich was okay overall from the time I walked in and walked out it was pleasant and quaint that is my own personal experience

Kid-friendliness: Having four kids of my own and at the time i went there was plenty of space it was clean no smells i enjoyed my meal the mc chicken was a little overcooked towards the end is all“

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Ordered the Long Hots Cheesesteak......It was very good ....A nice and spicy sandwich with caramelized onions and Cheese .....Meat was juicy, The breaded roll tasted fresh..... Crispy outside and soft inside...and the sandwich overall was full of flavor...Will definitely come back and order some of the other sandwiches on my next trip to Philly!!!
