“I have been wanting to try this place for a while and when I remember they are either closed or sold out (I’m late to everything lol) Well we finally ordered today. My husband had the plain steak (he’s so boring🤣🤣) I had the Broadstreet and my son had the BG55. OMG, everything was delicious!! And the rolls were filled! No skimping on the meat here! Oh and my husband said the workers were very friendly! We will definitely be ordering from here again!“

“The food was good, the salad bar was plentiful with a good variety, our server was very professional but the place was dirty! Cig butts by entrance, old original stained carpeting, dust all over the counters/bookshelves. I was concerned to even eat there tbh. I heard they remodeled but I didn't see how🤷‍♀️“

“My daughter and I had a great experience in your store. Ordering was a little confusing but we got through it. The crew member who helped us was Wonderful. Excellent Customer service . Also Raymond was extremely helpful and his customer service was very appreciated. Great job sir Food was spot on Fresh Hot and Delicious. May I add for being in there during a busy time your store WAS VERY CLEAN and RESTROOM WAS TOO. Thank you for an awesome lunch . The Oreo chocolate shakes were delicious. Nice addition to the menu Keep them please ...lol“

“This store has some of the best McDonald's staff around that treat you with the almost respect and prompt service which is rare these days with fast food. Then there is almost always the same gentleman that you pay in drive thru that makes you feel so comfortable you always want to come back to this specific location just because he makes you feel like it's your own private location. Best of all they do a great job of almost never having a ice cream machine break downs like most other locations. The only other locations this week run are Mt. Ephraim and Marlton on route 70 in NJ.“

“The wife and I stopped in for a quick bite before going home. It's McDonald's and they all about the same. We both got quarter pounder with cheese, she added bacon. The burger were as to be expected on the good side no complaints. Just you average every meal. By now nearly everyone on the planet has tried MCD so what more can I say.“

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Congratulations to Mani and the team, and welcome to West Chester!“

“Besides the obvious great burgers what impressed me the most is the work ethic of each and everyone i have encountered every time i have gone in followed up with the best of manners and politeness which is extremely hard to find these days smh most McDonald's employees dont want to grow they would rather fight you instead of making something wrong right.
