They try their best, but many of them are in training, so sometimes they make a mistake, but they will always fix it and sometimes even give you a free drink. Lines can get extremely long at certain very specific times during the school year (in between Rutgers classes), but most of the time there is no line at all. Hours are limited in the summer and during school vacations. Not all Starbucks corporate promotions are honored here. If you have a cash back credit card with specific categories, this place codes as a "restaurant." Overall, this is the best Starbucks location for miles around.“
