I was disappointed because they made my order wrong twice. I ordered a pumpkin spice chai latte grande and they gave me a small first. Then I told them they got it wrong but remade in a regular and have it to me. I have up and was charged for a grande when I got a regular.
I like it. I don't come here a lot, but I do like their iced coffee.

VERY slow and undertrained
