This is a large, full-service Starbucks smack in the middle of the Rutgers student center. It has a wide array of food items and all of the drink items you would find in a normal, corporate Starbucks. The staff of mostly Rutgers students is extremely friendly and welcoming. They try their best, but many of them are in training, so sometimes they make a mistake, but they will always fix it and sometimes even give you a free drink. While not a corporate Starbucks, this franchise has everything you typically get from a Starbucks. The only reason I removed a star is that the staff usually tends to be less well trained than other Starbucks locations (except for the manager, who is amazing), and they do not honor the promotions that corporate Starbucks locations do.

I was disappointed because they made my order wrong twice. I ordered a pumpkin spice chai latte grande and they gave me a small first. Then I told them they got it wrong but remade in a regular and have it to me. I have up and was charged for a grande when I got a regular.
