“This Starbucks is always a reliable spot for great coffee and a comfortable atmosphere. The drinks are consistently well-made, the staff is friendly, and it’s a perfect place to stop on the way home. My nieces love the seasonal drinks and the overall vibe. Ari, our barista, especially went above and beyond with excellent customer service! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and our drinks were made perfectly. You can really tell they care about their work and the customer experience. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had at Starbucks.“

“Love the location, I just wish you would update your hours. I pulled up at 8pm and the drive-through was closed. The employees were all sitting down at the tables and someone was standing behind the cash register putting their coat on and someone else was holding a purse, but your hours listed online state you’re open until 8:30 p.m.“

“So I can honestly say, I’ve been going to this Starbucks for I don’t know maybe close to a decade now. They’re honestly so polite, they’re such a lively atmosphere and truthfully such a good Starbucks. I have been to my fair share of Starbucks (I’m a student who’s now in graduate school) and they seriously always so kind and they even remember you if you go often.

I have NEVER had a poor experience here. I’ve had my drink maybe redone only like twice out of a whole decade and not once has anyone been rude but rather they were more than happy to fix my drink.

I don’t know what is up with the influx of negative comments. I drive 10 minutes out my way before going to school to get this Starbucks over one that’s along the way.

The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 is because honestly it’s a little chilly in there. I’m sure they’re hot back there the way they are hustling and working hard to finish everyone’s orders and the mobile order, so I would rather be cold any day.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Jersey! I’ve been to many Starbucks in north Jersey, central Jersey, and south Jersey, they’re a well oiled, collaborative, and hardworking store.“

“Only good Starbucks around that's open on christmas, so they're swamped with customers and stuck workin a holiday, yet they remain pleasant and still manage to make the orders correctly, which is all one can hope for after accepting the wait promised by the app and the volume of cars in the drive thru line. Good folks workin here, been to a lot of other locations that just couldn't care less about letting tired customers down any day of the week, guess that's why all those other locations aren't open today cuz nobody needs disappointing $10 lattes for christmas, appreciate y'all“
