Today I decided to get my favorite hot chai tea latte at the rt 38 CH starbucks. There were 3 cars already in drive thru, I still got in line. If I would've know that it would take almost 20 min, I would've gone inside. So I get my order and proceed to my destination. I took a sip and it was awful! I tried again after stirring, still horrible. It tasted like warm water and milk- no Chai. I return and go in, explain to the cashier, she takes it over and instructs a young man...read full review
