“What a wonderful place to stop in! They have a wide selection of sandwiches and quick eats. I’m from out of town and wasn’t feeling well when we stopped in. The gentleman working was so kind and welcoming. I really felt like I had just walked into a friend’s shop.“

“I stopped in the evening of this review (4/15/26) for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a pizza steak with provolone cheese, a side of waffle fries and got a bottle of lemonade all for under$20.00. The steak, cheese and sauce were mixed together perfectly for my sandwich, the fries had a really good crunch to them as well. Everything came out hot and in only a few minutes as they weren't busy. I would definitely recommend Frank's to others and I will also order from them again.“

I will admit that you need to buy 2 to satisfy the desire but paying $12.00 for the 2 is affordable and well Worth your money spent. I buy at least 5 or 6 at a time because I drive 30 min to get them. The next day open and pop them in the oven adding more ketchup and there it is this time on a crunchy roll. Totally Awesome! Yes, this is in the apartment development and is open to the public. Make sure to park in one of the 5-6 spaces marked reserved for riverfront supermarket. It has its own entrance, so you dont need to go into the apartment building to shop here.“

“My girlfriend and I were both feeling like absolute sickness, and after a long, brutal day at work, a hot bowl of matzoh ball soup was sounding suspiciously like the only thing that could save us. Famous 4th Street came through, and then some. The GM, Kevin, went out of his way to deliver a bag of goods large enough to feed a small army. Matzoh balls the size of a doggo’s skull. Kugel slices the size of a phone book. The kind of Jewish deli generosity that makes you want to write a google review from your deathbed. We really appreciate the care Kevin put into making sure we were fed and happy. Thank you!!“

“A very cool one stop shop in the neighborhood. We dropped in for a couple of deli breakfast sandwiches and we’re not disappointed. We both created our own sandwiches inspired by some of their preselected options while adding our own touch. The flavors were great, the bagels were good quality, and we saved a part of one to bring with us just so we can have it again. Great selection of snacks and drinks. Looks like they have a cafe but we did not check that out. It smelt very good though! Stop in if you are in the area!

Note you have to take your ticket from the machine you order on to the cashier our front, then take it with you back to the deli when they call your number. The cashier will give you a stamp to show you paid.“

“I work down the street and have tried just about every hoagie in the area, and Yortys is hands down the best. Prices are too, fresh rolls, fresh meat, cheese, and toppings. Staff is quick and friendly and I can’t say that I have ever had a problem there. Being able to grab a six pack is a nice bonus when you don’t want to have to go to a beer distributor. “place an order by phone walk 4 block to store to find out it the wrong location never look ang the menu to found out they have 2 locations on the menu top has Washington square a well as spruce street location. I ask instead Chix breast can I have Chix salad the e women on the phone said no problem. when I when to the store the owner said there was a charge for Chix salad $4.00 more than I said give the Chix breast, so she did. I said to her I am doing a review on the store. walk out of the store the owner coming running down the street after me apologize for the miss understanding and refund me my money back. thank you for fix the problem“

Both the owners are very kind! The wife took my order and she was sweet and helpful. They have extremely generous portions. I ate half of a 7 inch hoagie and was full. They really stuff them! I got a turkey and I got an Italian for a friend, both were great! Nice they include a small bag of chips for free as well. Will for sure be back.“

If I lived closer this would be my go to deli. The meat was freshly sliced, the prices were reasonable, and theres a park across the street to eat and watch life go by.
