The hoagie was ready on time, wrapped in four sheets of paper, and was solid, hefty. The countermen were friendly and genuine. $15 for a "regular" seemed steep, but I was judging them by the standards of lesser sandwiches; once I opened it and got a bite, I realized it was a fair price. I ask instead Chix breast can I have Chix salad the e women on the phone said no problem. when I when to the store the owner said there was a charge for Chix salad $4.00 more than I said give the Chix breast, so she did. “I only get to order from here a few times a year unfortunately, but every time i get something from here it is great. Eggs are always cooked perfectly. They're variety is fantastic. Cupbop is always great and hardy! They are a family and very friendly people every time. This most recent experience was interesting. I placed an online order and went to pick it up and when i got there all the lights were out due to a black out. I saw someone else go inside and talked to the owners about my order, and they still made my order for me in pitch black! I have never had a restaurant do this, ever. Every time i can get down here and have time i will support them. Everyone else should as well.“

Amazing selection of snacks and candies, including items imported from Europe and Asia. And the deli food is soo good. Large selection of sandwiches, including a bunch of vegetarian/vegan options. Comes with a free pickle! Very filling, and the ingredients are always fresh, even when ordering late at night. The guys working there are great people. They remember their regular customers - Arab hospitality!

I agree with others that service can be slow sometimes. I think this is because they are getting so many new customers. I try to order online to avoid the wait. Hopefully they hire one or two more employees for their busy times (especially at night, when other places are closed).

In case the owner reads this: Please add a loyalty program, like some places do through Toast or other sites! I am sure you will gain many more regulars if you do.“

“I visited this eatery long, long, long ago. It was good then and it is good now, overall. The server was a true professional. She was stretched really thin, but handled it like a trooper. She forgot a couple items but was well spoken and sincere. We and others could easily see how much she was challenged. A big crowd came in right away. Again, she handled the entire early afternoon well. I showed her my appreciation by giving her a reasonable gratuity...There was a delay in someone else not receiving his meal-a simple breakfast sandwich-within 30 minutes. He exclaimed his frustration accordingly. The Good working female server was clearly not being supported as well as she deserved, and I do not know exactly why...“
