“I recently had the opportunity to try Sid's BBQ, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The brisket with KC BBQ sauce was a standout dish that left me craving more. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend giving Sid's BBQ a try for a flavorful and satisfying meal that will surely leave you coming back for more.”
“The food is absolutely wonderful. I have eaten here five times. I have chosen a different menu item each time and all of my food was excellent. The salmon cheese steak with tiny bits of broccoli was sublime, sounds odd but was fantastic. The service is casual walk up style but attentive. The decor is funky, mod looking, making the best of a renovated former gas station. Summertime is best with the outdoor patio and live music.”
“My husband and I ordered an Italian and chicken parm tonight. I ordered my Italian with meat cheese only (it comes with lettuce toms and onions so you must specify) with pickles and Mayo and they did not disappoint!”
“Just stopped in here for lunch and had to rave about how delicious my food was! My Italian sub tasted so fresh, the roll was so soft and the two sweet ladies working were just so nice! I love the feel of this little shop, I will absolutely be back!”
“I had 4 tacos and a coke, along with complimentary home made chips and a crab salsa. Absolutely fantastic food, atmosphere, and fast service! The food I got for the price paid was beyond worth it. I will be back!”
“Upon arriving in the city of brotherly love and in need for a place to unwind, I reached out to noted tastemaker Ron from Delco. He suggested I head to Hangman Brewery if I was up for a little drive. Apparently this was Kevin Hayes's favorite spot until they stopped serving Mountain Dew Code Red. Well, Hangman did not disappoint! Immediately I was greeted by a dog (nice) and the unmistakable vibes that are only accompanied by live music. Things only got better as I visited the food truck for some sliders and pickles that can only be described as "quite good." The shining star of the visit was the robust selection of beers which also earn the designation of "quite good." Hangman earned a stamp of approval from Ron from Delco and I'm happy to say it has earned mine as well.”
“Pizza was good and fresh. Took about a half. Only thing is the costumer service was kinda odd. From the phone with the quick hang up in ear from the guy up front , to the pick up. It just kinda made it seem like my presents wasn’t really welcomed. Idk ..it just was odd but the pizza was good… I’ll just talk lil better on phone and a nice engagement at pick up could make this be someone main place to come. Quick fix tho ! Could have been a rough Thursday!”
“Just ate dinner at Crispy Crunchy Chicken on Philly Pike. They are the best! They always have fresh, delicious chicken and always willing to make more if requested. Ali was very friendly and respectful. Thanks guys for another great meal.”
“Wow. I am at a loss for words. From crunchy egg rolls to sizzling soup, Jing Fong redefines Chinese takeout with its lip-smacking dishes and cordial customer service (Jack is my favorite). Jing Fong is THE go-to restaurant and I sincerely recommend that everyone should go to experience it.”
“The food was delicious, full of flavor, and well-prepared. Service was quick and friendly, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting quality food with great service.”
“We usually take out as it is a modest space in a small Claymont shopping center. The food is some of the best Mexican food in the area. Simple but excellent. We've tried the tacos burritos and several platters all were excellent. Give this little place a try”
“The service was rude very sarcastic... she was having a bad day and putting it all on the customer....like we knew what just happened to her...not customer friendly”
“I have always loved the subs and cheesesteaks from here. I live in Nevada, so I don't get here very often. When I an in Delaware I want a sub. Because the sub shops out here do not compete with Claymont Steak Shop!”
“I have frequented this location for about 20 years. This past experience at the drive-thru was not only the best experience I have ever had there (regarding employees), it was one of the best and most memorable I have had at ANY drive-thru, including banks and other fast food establishments. The guy that was taking orders was polite, pleasant and respectful. He actually apologized for not having an item that I ordered. He sounded sincere when he apologized. I asked if he had any boxed meal deal that was comparable, and he made a suggestion quickly. I don't recall his name, but would recognize it if it was mentioned. My experience prior to this visit, which was about a year ago was the exact opposite. It was THE WORST experience I ever had at any drive-thru. It was two girls at the window. They taunted me, shouted derogatory names at me, laughed at me, made vulgar gestures to me, and arrogantly encouraged me to "call corporate". The rudeness of these two Taco Bell/KFC employees was so daring and over-the-top that I could hardly believe it was happening. Their cowardly advantage of being inside with a window separating us went to their head. I should have reported them but didn't. I feel good enough mentioning those two girls in this review and what they did, hoping "corporate" does see a difference in my last two customer experiences. The employees that have first-hand contact with customers does make a big difference. The reputation and success of a company depend mostly on those individuals.”
“I’ve been eating here since they opened, and not once will I even come close to saying I was unsatisfied. Food is so delicious, prices are great, and the guys behind the counter are so nice. If I could eat NY Gyro everyday I very much would.”
