I stumbled across Uncle Johns BBQ Stand by accident and took a chance on them for a work function, and they far exceeded my expectations! We had great food and selections delivered efficiently with a smile. Everyone thanks you for the amazing lunch today.
The food was good but that Smoke Brisket on bun their was more bread than Meat and the string rings on top of sandwich was a little overcook. For a $10.00 Brisket sandwich their should be 1/4lb to 1/2lb of meat on the sandwich and their wasn't neither. I'm still waiting for the taste test of there Pull Pork grill cheese sandwich

Went to Silverside Rd today & it was outstanding!!! Everything was great & fries were still hot (definitely not something I usually get from a food truck). Check them out when you can.
