“Great customer service from everyone despite the rudeness of other customers! To start, the manager was very friendly and attentive. Gemini, our server, was great! She came around multiple times making sure we didn’t need anything and chatted a little. She was very pleasant and since one of us ordered an all you can eat plate, she made sure the food didn’t stop (the manager even put one order in for us). It was a real all you can eat meal, that’s something most places don’t actually stand by! I am Beyond happy with today’s visit and super impressed by the customer service! Definitely recommend you stop by!“

“I'm on vacation from Canada and went out last night with my cousin and ended up at this place. This is not somewhere.I would normally go but when in Rome.... At first when I walked in it reminded me of a bar that I've seen on Tubi and guess what.... I loved every minute of it. It was ladies night!!! The bartenders were friendly and quick.

“A few friends and I visit Throwbacks Sports Lounge every couple of months due to it's location central to where we all live as we have traditionally found the selection of beers to be not only exceptional, but also diverse and ever changing. Tonight I am wring this review to also comment on the exceptional service we received from the bartender who identified herself as "Smalls". She was personable, energetic, sarcastic, and just all around fun. This is not only a great establishment given their welcoming of outside food (easy walking distance to 2 Fast Guys), but an all around great place to stop into whenever you get a chance. I'd highly recommend this as a place to pop into when you happen to be in the area or to make yourself a REGULAR at if you happen to be in the right proximity.“

“As a customer who only eats fish, it was disappointing that the only fish besides Mahi mahi was not tasty and more batter than fish. Food options were limited for me but great deals are available for those that eat burgers and wings. The staff is exceptional and the environment is upbeat“

The bar tender was very friendly. Served me a double of what I needed to forget my troubles. They don’t serve food though. But that’s ok.“

He was so wonderful and pleasant to speak to and so accommodating. Our waitress Crystal H was wonderful too. She gave such great service, even helping us to decorate the tables. I didn't expect her to do that but that was so nice of her. The food was great and prices reasonable. The staff there all seemed so friendly. Again many thanks. “I've been here about three times. I tried the smash burger, and while it's got great flavor, it's a bit on the small side. I also tried the roast beef sandwich with au jus, but I wasn’t a huge fan—it was just okay. One thing I do love is the free popcorn you can help yourself to, and the vibe is really nice. The only downside is the small drink sizes—lots of ice but not much soda. Overall, it’s a solid place, and I’ll definitely be back.“

Mike also recommended some great places to see while we were in the region, since we were visiting for a double relative’s funeral. “I went to this Applebee‘s last Saturday around midnight. My boyfriend and I were just looking for somewhere to sit down. That was open that late and our server I believe her name is Katie Was the best waitress I have ever had in my entire life The blender was down and we couldn’t get our shark bowls, but she gave us recommendations that were equally just as amazing. And every time I go to Applebee’s, I always get the balsamic strawberry salad And it may have been the best one I’ve ever gotten from any Applebee’s Katie If you see this, you are awesome and we loved you (From the couple sitting in the corner that loves gummy sharks)“

“Brought crabs, were ok, but almost all front claws were missing. Cooked Crabs had sand and dark dirt on bottom of their shells, had to wash off.“

“I've sat down several times and service was always lacking, the place is empty. This time I got take-out and the service was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. Food was hot and delicious!

Parking: Beware of the cars in the fire lane but there's plenty of parking“

“Mandy was phenomenal! I had an issue with an online order, i called and she went out of her way to make sure the order was perfect (she even called me back afterwards to confirm). Hard to find customer service like this nowadays.
