Warm, friendly, and was willing to answer any questions I have. She was also incredibly polite using mannerisms like sir the whole time. “I want to leave a great review for this store. Every time I visit, I notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The customer service is excellent, and I understand that when they are very busy it can be challenging to attend to everyone right away.
I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.
My recommendation is to call ahead if you are in a hurry and want to avoid waiting for fresh food. Overall, this location does a great job keeping a clean environment and providing good service.“

“I had to come on and talk about the young man I believe he said his name was Ben. I was in twice yesterday and during the second trip with my older son he came over to ask how everything was. My son who has anxiety and autism and usually won’t talk to me when we are out starts asking Ben his birthday. I told my son he was working and couldn’t talk. This young man had a full conversation with my son and said that was his job to make sure my son enjoyed his time there. I can not thank you enough. So the sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, chicken wings, breakfast, drinks, this special drink the owner’s daughter makes, it was all so delicious! But what makes this place unforgettable, is the staff, it’s clearly a family run restaurant with a family that treats you like one of their own. Plus, unlike a lot of places I ate at in the Philly area, they know how to season food! Oh! I almost forgot! “I had a fantastic experience visiting the Wonder in University City. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotless, welcoming, and had such a friendly atmosphere.

A special shoutout to Tom, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. To top it all off, we were surprised with a special cupcake dessert, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch!

If you’re looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, I highly recommend visiting Wonder in University City. I’ll definitely be back.

FOOD - this food was actually amazing. Way better than expected. We got the teriyaki chicken bowl. Absolutely delicious and the portion size was ridiculous. Huge bowl.

SERVICE - excellent excellent service. I told this guy I had 7 minutes before my bus came. This guy was actually running around super quick and cooked my meal in 5 MIN!!!

Atmosphere/Location - in the food court area. So plenty of seating. Also a good to go food for bus or plane. All in one bowl

“I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut location a few times and I have to say, they are pretty inconsistent with the quality of the food. This last time ordering was probably one of the best experiences I had as the pizza was really good! The crust was fluffy, there was enough sauce and plenty of cheese. In the past the pizza was dry and flat. I was glad I gave it another chance!“

However this outdated place is falling apart as every visit something appears to be wrong which is odd for this area. My family are regulars at this location so of course we notice everything. Now, There are leaks everywhere. You can tell the staff is a tad embarrassed but they do constantly apologize and try their best to, well , keep us dry? unfortunately won’t be back until it is safe for us to purchase from here without getting wet or having food contaminated. He showed us our platters when they were ready, so we could indicate exactly how much of each sauce we wanted. The falafel was nice and crispy on the outside, and seasoned beautifully. The rice was also delicious, and the salad was fresh. My partner equally enjoyed his chicken and rice platter. The interior of the truck (which is what matters) appeared very clean and well kept. This was our first visit, but based on our experience, it will not be our last! :)“

Service was quick during a moderately busy Tuesday evening, and the cashier got my order right without me repeating myself twice. Red beans and rice as a side is an underrated choice compared to the fries. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the lobby seating felt a bit sticky and could use more frequent wiping down. Still, for the price and speed, this place beats most quick-service chicken spots nearby. Would recommend swinging by if you're craving something spicy and crunchy without a long wait.“

“We were rushing for a connection flight to Dublin on Thursday evening past. The counter had just closed, but the manager and staff allowed us into the queue telling us that they’d get us whatever was left. We managed to get all of the meals that we wanted and were even given a few extra cookies free. Brilliant friendly team, and hopefully the manager and staff that were on duty on Thursday as we rushed from the LA flight to the Dublin flight get a bit of recognition for their lovely customer service !“
