Placed an order and went into the gamestop next store for over 30 minutes. Checked the app to see status and it said it was ready. Go pick it up and its not ready? They didnt even cut my pizza! I spent about $60 and even tipped! Domino's is cheaper and service is better. I go to the one in Springfield and definitely not gonna order from this Papa Johns again. I went to look at reviews and its really sad this has so many 1 star and 2 star reviews. Who manages this place?
Very chill environment, and there aren’t many workers in the store, but they work hard and get the job done! My pizza was very good and was cut perfectly. Every slice had the right amount of ingredients, exactly how I expected it.
If you were thinking about ordering here, I definitely recommend it, especially in the early afternoon. It’s not very busy, so getting your pizza is quick and easy.

I in Philadelphia for the weekend and this was the closest Papa John’s to our hotel.
I was shocked when they know my name when I walked into the door!!!
When I asked how she know my name. I was told I was the only order they had.
I picked up two pizzas to go.
You could tell the dough was made up well in advance.
This was not the worst pizza I have had. It was definitely not the best either.
I did receive fast and convenient service
