I like that I can order my pizza and schedule it ahead of time, and they make it perfect, and waiting for me when I walk in the door. I have no complaints. Only compliments. The people that work there are very friendly. They take care to get your order right, and....it's so refreshing to see workers who make eye contact and greet you with a smile!“

“My second time at the establishment and it was just as excellent as my first. For me, hands down the best Manhattan in Philadelphia. And it was as good as my first.

I only ate French fries at my first visit having brunched earlier in Manayunk and they also were just as delicious. The Taphouse bacon burger was divine. Just the best mix of crispy edges, gooey cheese, fresh & delicious tomatoes (rare for January in the NE! ) and possibly a common , happy problem to have, SO much food. I enjoyed every bite & sip & our server for a fair sized group of more than 15 was friendly, efficient and very well organized.“

“A home away from home for Commanders fans living in Philadelphia. Old Bay is featured heavily on the menu, as it should be. They easily accommodated our walk in party of 14 and put up with us playing "Hail To The Redskins" on the jukebox repeatedly.

“Recently, was looking for a breakfast spot with grits. The grits were creamy and delicious even after sitting awaiting for me to pick up my food. My main dish was chicken and waffles. Lee's Belgian waffle came with a side of powdered sugar to sprinkle atop your buttered and syrup covered waffles. I savored every sweet, semi- cake bite.“

“The man who worked there was incredibly nice, gave me free samples while I waited and was obviously incredibly proud of what he does. He also was interested in me and what I did and where I was from.

The food itself is incredibly seasoned, very fresh, and some of the crispiest food I’ve ever eaten. It’s like eating homemade food it’s incredibly goo. I also really like that its prices are incredibly affordable.

We called in our order between games—30+ pizzas—for pick-up as soon as the last out was made. When we arrived just after 9 PM, every pie was hot, fresh, and ready to go. That’s Hall of Fame-level service!

The food was amazing, but the atmosphere? Next level. Between the friendly staff, the generous hospitality, and the live music drifting through the air, it felt like we had stepped right into the heart of Italy. We honestly wish we could’ve stayed and soaked it all in—but the bus was calling, and so were the leftovers.

Turano’s didn’t just feed a team—they blessed us. It was a beautiful reminder of what it looks like to serve others with joy (Galatians 5:13). From start to finish, they hit it out of the park.

Parking: Might want to park on 29th or even Cecil B.... The little walk is worth it . Our go to fast Chinese food place when we want great food, good portion sizes and relatively fast service. You'll be glad once you get your food. Kind folks behind the counter.“

“Tasty food with a soul food and Chinese twist! Everything is deliciously prepared with seasoning and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the catfish rice, jerk chicken egg rolls, and wings. There is a small counter inside for eating inside if you choose to do so. The tea and lemonade are also excellent! There is no parking lot, so park on the street in a designated parking spot. The young lady at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. She can explain the food options if you have questions.“
