Order from this place the other night and I felt I got cheated. First off, they charge you almost 4% if you want to pay by debit. Secondly, the debit card machine forces you to choose a tip option. I ended up hitting the wrong button and ending up tipping them, even though I wasn't getting any dine-in treatment or service. I'm not sure what has happened over the last year, but the charbroiled chicken used to be so juicy and cooked just right. Now it's been overcooked every time we have ordered it. And our order has been messed up a few times as well. The sides ordered were not correct. Maybe we'll try ordering something else but we loved the charbroiled chicken. And they haven't given us the great rolls they used to. Guess they stopped doing that to keep costs in line.
